Oral-B iO Series 5 Electric Toothbrush with Brush Head

I leave it to air dry on my counter, I wipe it with Clorox wipes, I change the heads every 3 months. The base gets FILLED with black mold. Literally brushing with a moldy tooth brush. I’m switching back to my Sonicare Diamond Clean. I won’t recommend this to my patients.

I love this toothbrush it has helped me improve my dental hygiene :)

It was amazing for the first few months… just went on a trip and it completely didn’t turn on. I was furious being that how much I paid for it and I was on a trip having to use a manual one

The toothbrush I love, but I’ve had mine for a year and I have to clean the mold out of it monthly. Cannot keep us clean no matter what I do! Toothpaste builds up inside and then it grows mold.

Rotating action Cuts my gums, even when using sensitive mode. Wide neck makes it feel bigger in your mouth. Sonicare neck is more slender and comfortable to use. Nice app to accompany the product but Had to return this one.

I love the fact that it’s very light and gently! will be perfect if having something for the toothbrush to stand, I rather that than just put it back in the case, it accumulates humidity, not exactly hygienic

The toothbrush itself is at least 3X more powerful than my old brush. I love all the different settings, even a setting for sensitive! The battery life is really good and it definitely lasts. The app is very easy to set up and navigate through, It shows you where in your mouth you're brushing, which seems pretty accurate. I love the feel and design on this particular electric tooth brush as it fits comfortably in your hand. I never imagined so many useful features being packed into a toothbrush, it's amazing. I say that because I haven't had one in a very long time. I love the color and sleek design and yes, it makes me want to brush my teeth as I can't help but notice it. Feels comfortable as in not heavy or buttons getting in the way of me accidentally turning it off while in use. The timer is genius so no more counting in my head or singing the Happy-go-lucky Birthday song. I have come to realize that I'm a little harsh on my front teeth when it comes to brushing thanks to the intelligence of this toothbrush. It has an app you can download that's more scientific to really let you up your game and brush your teeth properly. The bristle head is smaller and easier for me to reach the back of my teeth and gums without a volcanic gage reflux. Very appreciated along with not being overly loud annoying my ear drums. This screams perfect and leaves my gums and breath feeling fresh after each use!

This came with two handles, four brush heads (two for each handle), 2 charging stands, and two travel cases. I absolutely love that it keeps time for you. When using the app it lets you know which quadrant you can move to. This helps make sure you are brushing long enough. It also lets you know if you are using too much pressure or not enough with colors on the handle. It has different settings that allows you to choose the level of pressure. Previous to this I was using a regular toothbrush with hard bristles that were making my teeth sensitive. My dentist recommended I start using soft bristles, but I never felt it would get my teeth clean enough. This electric toothbrush is gentle but makes it feel like you just left the dentist office. I have noticed my teeth also look whiter. The only thing I didn't really use enough was the app, but only because I would forget to grab my phone by the time I started brushing. I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OralB i05 toothbrush is an incredible new advancement on the way you brush your teeth. There are so many things and settings and tracking that this toothbrush does I recommend that you fully read the instructions a couple of times before you use it. First thing is the small tip. There is not that much space for paste but the amount of vibrating the brush makes surely stirs it up. What I do is put it on and then before turning on the brush spread the paste around on your teeth first because the vibrating is so much it will send it off your brush, especially if its not in your mouth first.There are multiple settings for intensity and sensitivity as well as whitening and all can be seen and changed very easily from the handle. I didn't notice much difference between the two intensity settings or the two sensitivity settings. The difference between the intense and sensitive felt like a less vibration mode. Now as far as how high tech this is. It times how long you spend brushing in each quadrant. It will pulse after 30 seconds to tell you to move on. It also can tell how much pressure you are putting on the brush and will light up red if its too hard.Once the time is up it will change multiple colors. The ring of colored lights is easy to see as well as what mode you re in while brushing. The app does take a little getting used to and requires more input if you like as it can track flossing, brushing your tongue and if your gums bleed. This is all stuff you would enter manually. As far as brushing on guided mode , you have to connect your phone via Bluetooth to your toothbrush. Imagine that ! your toothbrush has Bluetooth. After turning on the get started brushing you will see as set of upper and lower teeth. The toothbrush actually knows where in your mouth you are brushing and for how long and will turn the quadrant to white when its time to move. Afterwards you can track on the app days brushed, time, and collect medals for good dental care. It takes a little getting used to but now I find myself having to use it because I want to do good. After brushing my teeth I found they felt a lot cleaner than anything I had used before. It kind of felt like after a cleaning at the dentist. The multiple settings allowed me to gently do my gums for good gum care. What minor things I did not like but have nothing to do with the brushing experience is That the case it comes with is too short to allow you to put the brush away in without pulling off the head . There is no cover for the head if you want to leave it on the charger. The head goes on pretty snug and not that easy to pull off . Also I am surprised that such a high tech item that once the battery loses its ability to recharge that the whole thing needs to be thrown away. Other than that , which have no bearing on the brushing experience and the quality of the item I highly recommend this amazing toothbrush!!!!!

I really like it though, and I especially like the built in timer because I think a lot of the time I don't pay attention to how long I brish my teeth for, and so I probably don't brush them long enough. This helps with that though.

It have 4 different modes to choose from and all keeps the brushing easy and you'd feel so clean. I love that it already has the 2 min timer so I do not have to guess and that is convenient to me. It came with the charger and a case so you can bring it everywhere you go. I highly recommend it!

I have used electric toothbrushes for years. This one is by far the best ever. Worth every penny.
