Q: Is the brush supposed to rotate? Mine does not, why?

A: We're sorry to hear about this. The iO handle uses the traditional back and forth cleaning motion of oscillation rotation. This means that the brush head should move with a frequency of 145 Hertz, which delivers 17,400 rotation movements per minute. A: While we do have travel cases available for purchase, we do not make covers designed to just fit over our toothbrush heads. In fact, we don't recommend covering your toothbrush between uses or storing it in a closed container as this could cause bacteria to grow.

A: You may first choose your default mode by pressing the mode button on the brush handle successively once the handle is awake (display turned on). Select a mode by pressing the on/off button. Your toothbrush will then start in the selected default mode. You may also change modes during brushing using the mode button.

You can really feel it cleaning, like a dentist-level polish every time. The first mode felt too strong for me, but once I switched to the Sensitive mode, it became way more comfortable. First of all when I opened this up the toothbrush was absolutely filthy with cardboard particle. It should be in a plastic bag to protect it from that. Secondly there is no case for the toothbrush head itself which I don’t love, if it’s sitting out in your counter it should have a cover and a toothbrush this expensive should come with one. Third, I hate how thick the neck of the toothbrush is, it is uncomfortable and feels more like a tool rather than a toothbrush. This is not for me, I’m sticking with the one I love.

I’ve been using it for two weeks now and the battery life has held on this whole time. I have not needed to recharge. It’s very quiet and has a beautiful design. I also love how easy it is to charge. I can just set it on the base which keeps it clean and my sink free from mess. It even included a low carrying case so I can take it traveling with me this summer. It does an amazing job, cleaning my teeth and leaving me with a fresh smile. Definitely recommend.

I love how clean and polished my teeth feel after using it. It almost feels like you came out of the dentist office clean. I will have to buy a few more for my husband and daughter so they can have these brushes as well. It has a really good long life battery, and work pretty quite without makeup a lot of noise. This firm is always amazing. Dental treatment is very expensive, but it is a must to take care of your teeth and their condition. And that's what oral-b helps me with. Medium stiffness, pressure indicator, can be connected via Bluetooth and monitor the cleaning process in the app. Charge lasts a long time, the bill itself is very comfortable to hold in your hands, it has a rubberized coating that does not slip.
