Great games for kids under 8
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is one that my kids and their friends love to play. The purpose of the game is to collect different forest objects. You use this owl thing that tells you if you have permission to continue on or if your turn is over. It is a fun concept and is not obnoxious.

Kids love this game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my kids, ages 8 and 6 loved this game! It's easy to play, but I will say that the little bird is hard to spin his eyes. Both of my kids had difficulty pushing his head down to get the eyes to spin as needed.

Kids love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids have loved this game. Our two older girls keep requesting to play it, which has been super cute. I love finding games they can play with us. I feel like it’s always great for teaching sharing and taking turns and winning/losing. Very cute game.

Such a fun game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing Peek a Hoot. It's so much fun. The owl character's face determines moves in the game. My little girl loved pushing the owl and it's cute expressions. The gameplay is easy to understand. It's forest theme with adorable artwork just draw you in. I love that I knew how to play in 5 minutes. My child caught on quicker than me. It kept her interest. She won and loved the victory of defeating me. It doesn't need batteries or complicated rules. It's excellent fun. I'll be glad to have it on the toy shelf for the snowy days ahead.

Fun game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is adorable. My daughter loves owls and I knew she would love this. It’s kind of like Trouble/Sorry and Don’t Wake Daddy. You are trying to get around the board with your mouse and get home. When you press the owl, he is either happy or mad and if he is mad you lose a turn. We had a lot of fun playing this game. May daughter is 4 but her three other siblings who are older also thought this was a fun game. I would buy it again to give as a gift.

Fun game for littles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids loved this game and it kept them entertained for awhile. The owl is cute and makes the game fun and engaging. It was easy enough that the kids were able to play it among themselves without us having to be next to them reminding them what to do or how to play.

Fun and easy game for littles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is truly a “hoot” My four year old son who usually has a very short attention span for structured games was enthralled and motivated by this for almost an hour! I really loved how he had to constantly think about directionality to win the game. Players had to spot objects on the board and decide the quickest way to reach it. Once you reach a stump, you must wake up the owl by pressing down on his head. If he wakes up happy, you can resume your turn- if he wakes up grumpy, the next player gets a chance to gather objects. I really like that this game is fun to play during a family game night or ,because it does not require reading, it is simple enough for my son to play independently with friends. It’s been great to teach sportsmanship in tracking turns and gracefully win/lose a game. Although I really love the quality of the game pieces. I do wish the game box was a little more organized. It was a little tricky and messy getting all the game pieces to slide back into the box. The box only opens on the side but it would be much more convenient if it would open like a suitcase, so we could place pieces in without sliding them. I also wish there were compartments to put game pieces and cards away neatly- mine ended up thrown all together in a bag. My son needed tons of support to set up the game and put the game away. Overall, great game.

Cute game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Peek-A-Hoot is a really cute game for kids! My kids love it and I play it with them but it's honestly not one of my favorites. The instructions were a little hard to understand at first, they definitely should have made more thorough instructions for how to play. The actual game is cute but not as fun as I had hoped, my kids like it and we play it together as a family and have fun but I feel like it could be better. The kids enjoy it and that's the main thing that matters since it is a kids game so I would recommend it.

Fun game for kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Peak a hood is a fun game for 2-4 players each is 4 and up. You play as a mouse on a scavenger hunt in a forest looking for 5 pieces of loot as you traverse the game board, And if you touch a tree stump place on the board you wake the owl and if the owl is grumpy you have to wait at turn But if it is happy you can continue on. To win you collect all your loot and return to the start space. It is a sample and easy game for small kids to play with each other and with parents or adults.
