This used to be a really good product until the company sold, and they changed the product. It is so watery now. It doesn’t smell the quite the same or lather enough, and you have to use way too much product. It just makes it seem as though this company only cares about making a profit, and not quality, because they have watered the product down so much. It is definitely a waste of money now.

I received the Wildflower shampoo and lotion as a free gift to try out from Pipette! Admittedly I was pretty suspicious that I was not going to like this product for my baby. I was very worried about something with fragrance as I didn’t want anything to irritate his skin or to be too overwhelming of a scent! I’m so glad I tried the wildflower shampoo though! Absolutely love it! It is still super super gentle (actual no-tears shampoo) and the scent is so delicate. No skin irritation and leaves his soft baby hair with just a hint of a lovely gentle scent. Pipette is absolutely one of my go-to baby skincare brands and this shampoo/wash product is LOVELY! Thanks for the gift, Pipette!

I love this brand! After doing so much research into baby products I decided to go with Pipette. It smells so good without being overpowering, it doesn’t dry out or irritate my son’s skin and it is a very fair price point for being a clean brand. I buy this for everybody I know that is having a baby!

I was looking for a body wash gentle enough to help my baby struggling with eczema. Leaves the skin happy, moisturized and super soft. Really happy with my purchase!

We had been using this soap for years. First with our daughter then with our newborn son. But the formula was recently changed. It is thinner and clear, not thick and golden. It dries out our babies hair and skin. Won’t be purchasing anymore.

They changed their formula. It now gets lathered up a lot and that makes it harsher and more drying on skin. Before it was the only soap I knew that didn’t leave babys or my skin feeling stripped and tight and dry. Now after one use of the new formulation I feel my skin barrier is irritated. Will no longer be using :( why would you change a product that so many people loved for its gentleness? Makes no sense to me

i’ve been using this on my baby since she was born, recently while giving her bath she got some of it in her eye, this shampoo is not “tear-free” as it states on the bottle, very disappointing when this item is meant for babies and it clear says tear free and it’s not. My babies eye was so red and irritated as well as her eyebrow.

Their old formula was perfect, literal perfection. Now it smells like fragrance and it’s just…. Bleh. Don’t like it anymore and I’ve been a dedicated buyer for 5 years since my first son was born. Moving on….

It smells great. The scent is not too strong. It does say tear free, but I had to rub some on my eyes to make sure it will not irritate my daughter’s eyes and let me tell you it burns. That’s the only downside of it. No complaints about anything else.

It was my to go shampoo got my LO for about a year before they changed the formula. It died NOT lather up at all and is practically useless.

I highly recommend this product! A little goes a long way and it smells amazing! It's extra gentle on my son's sensitive skin and doesn't irritate his eyes. We love it!

I received pipette baby shampoo + wash in Sweet Wildflower Scent. It has a mild, pleasant scent that I found delightful! Before using on my baby, I used it myself in the shower. It left my skin soft and smooth with a very mild scent. It lathered nicely and I felt it cleaned very well. I was happy and confident to use it on my little one! I will purchase this again!

Very subtle sweet floral scent that is very gentle on her skin! Also, this specific one leathers better than the other ones.

Favorite scent by far! Love that it doesn’t feel like there is a layer of soap left on my baby and that the ingredients are clean!
