    This brand used to be really good. I’ve bought at least 4 times. Bought this last bag and it will be my last. I’m so disappointed with the quality!! They shred after flossing in between 3 teeth. Won’t be buying again. Not sure what happened but the quality is garbage now :(

    Quality is trash. Been using these for years and just bought a big bag. What a waste…now the floss shreds immediately and the strands of floss get stuck in between my teeth. It’s supposed to be removing crap from my teeth not getting more stuck! Super frustrating.

    Terrible quality, what changed?

    What happened to the quality? After using it on one tooth, it shreds immediately. Had to use 3-4 to floss my mouth. Will tell everyone not to buy this product again!

    Used to the best product

    I have been using twin line plackets for years. And I purchase multiple bags often. The last 3 times I’ve purchased I’ve noticed some changes in the quality of the product. The floss easily shreds now and breaks. I’m so disappointed because for years they were producing a quality product. Shameful….

    Double plackers tight!

    I have used the Plackers micromint and quite like them. However when I went to purchase another package I saw the Plackers twin line and thought I would try them. I really did not like them and was afraid they would pull out my fillings! I won’t even give them to my adult children. Wish I could return them.

    Micro-Plastics in the floss?

    Always happy with these; BUT, recently heard a podcast from a holistic dentist claiming alot of these flossers have microplastics in the floss. Anyone else heard this claim?

    No longer fit for purpose- Avoid !!

    Lifetime fan of these until the new design was issued. Could not be further from the original in terms of quality- they now break and shred making them not fit for purpose. Avoid disappointment and don’t buy!

    Reduced quality

    I recently bought some twin line Plackers. I have been using plackers for many years and have noticed that the quality has gone down. I used to use one placker and now have to use two or more for the same result. Why did you change them? The line shreds very easily.

    Please Bring Back Angle Brushes

    I can't believe you quit making the angle brushes. They were way better than what you are selling now. They used to come in a 10 interdental brushes in each pack.

    Horrible quality

    Quality has declined compared to before and the line shreds as soon as you use. Very frustrating to use and will not purchase again. Bought multiple packs and now have no use.

    Shreds terribly

    I have used the twin flossers in the past and really liked them, however, I bought a bag last month and they have been terrible. The flossers are advertised to not shred, but they shred every time I use them. I have to use traditional floss after i use the twin flossers to get the shreds of floss out from between my teeth. It’s terrible. Quality has just gone down or I have a bad batch.

    They've changed

    These used to be the best glosses. We've used them for years and years. However they've changed and now you have to use several to get your teeth glossed. Pretty much garbage now.

    What happened?

    The twin line previously was very good quality. Recently, 2025 atleast, the pick just shred and get stuck in the teeth. I used to use up to four or five a day in separate cleaning, but now it is three or five in one cleaning.
