Q: I bought th 30 roll case today and when I got home noticed the roll is smaller, the package at home has 264 sheets per roll while the case I bought today has 244. Has this procduct been ruduced?

this toilet paper used to be my absolute favorite- I saw reviews saying the quality had gone down, but didn’t buy it. on my last purchase, the quality was drastically different- the paper used to be super plush with rose prints on it, it’s now noticeably thinner with a different print. I don’t know why they changed, but I’ll pay the difference for Charmin until the rose print, plush TP I once loved returns! 💔

This product changed in quality during COVID and it changed even more recently (April 2025). I’ve been buying this toilet paper for about 8 years and used it because it was great quality and cheaper than the name brand. The quality has continued to go down. I just opened a package I purchased in April, and the roles are significantly smaller in size and don’t feel as thick and stiff as they did a few months ago. I will be searching elsewhere for an alternative, as this quality and price no longer seems to be the better deal.

This toilet paper used to be great and easily comparable to the big brands. I just bought some more and they’re now smaller and thinner rolls. It’s not worth the price anymore when I can get the same quality for cheaper or spend just a little more for much better quality. This is so disappointing.

I bought the biggest pack of this ( as I’ve been doing for years) thinking “oh looks like they changed the color of the packaging from Red to Orange. Ok. Whatever.” NOPE!!! It’s completely different! It’s so rough and thin! It’s maybe a half step up from something you’d find in a public restroom. But, it’s multiple flights DOWN from where it used to be!

This is not the same toilet paper I have been buying. There are fewer sheets per roll and the sheets are thinner. The picture shows 264 sheets per roll and the new product has 244 sheets per roll. I am very disappointed Target is charging the same amount of money for less product and poor quality AND not sending the product advertised in the photo. Not happy!

The price went up the rolls got smaller and the paper is thinner. The bigger roll is from the pack I purchased before this one. The pattern has changed and the quality definitely went down!
