I will say I wore this to a job interview and getting the nervous sweats left me feeling ready to tackle the interview without worry about not feeling fresh. It’s doesn’t cause irritation ,which is a huge plus , especially for sensitive skin. I also noticed it helps control odor really well , even if you deal with excessive sweating due to hormonal changes. Ideally for long days, gym and every day.highly recommended if you looking something effective and still gentle on your skin. 5/5

There is no stickiness after application. The scent is subtle and fresh-smelling. It is advertised as lasting 96 hours. I was uncomfortable waiting that long to shower, but it lasted 48 hours easily and significantly reduced my sweating. I am very pleased with this product.

I say recommended more for every day wear and not to go outside and workout because my sport is an outside sport. Smells great!
