Yum! I love to use my Hershey Cocoa in my iced coffee with a little bit of oat milk, heavy whipping cream and a sweetener. It really takes homebrewed coffee up a notch. I use it to make a delicious chocolate milk when I'm in a hurry too. Also Hershey Cocoa is perfect for baking. I use it in my family's favorite "Aunt Faye Brownies" recipe. I feel good about using Hershey's Cocoa because it's 100% cocoa that is naturally unsweetened. It's easy to find Hershey cocoa in the store as the packaging hasn't changed very much over the years (brown background with silver lettering and horizontal stripe).

This is my go too cocoa powder for baking, making hot chocolate or just sprinkling in my latte in the morning. I primarily use for baking when making chocolate baked goods from scratch. Tastes as expected: bitter, but it’s supposed to. I love the chocolatey flavor it adds to cakes and frosting.

New Cocoa is notably lighter in color and taste
I used the new Hershey's cocoa powder for a recipe I have made for 40 years. Have always used this brand but never again. It was noticeably lighter in color and the taste was seriously lacking. Looked it up and they also started using vegetable oil, (which is a chemically made product), instead of regular cocoa butter. I'm so sad, have to start looking for a substitute.

Cocoa Great But Packaging Inadequate
The cocoa itself is great but the packaging was really bad. The jars were just dumped in a box without any cushioning so they jumbled around during shipment and several plastic tops came off, Fortuneately the inner paper seals remained intact so loose cocoa didn't pour out. Also, the package itself was falling apart with the tape along several seams was split.

This is the best and has a noticeable difference from off brands. Always always choose this option if you’re baking. It tastes the best in chocolate cookies. Perfect for hot cocoa or chocolate milk too. Shelf life is long so grab the bigger size.

this is one of the best when it comes to powdered cocoa. i like to sift some on top of my drinks sometimes to give them that aesthetic look. but i do notice that it can be a little bitter if used that way. otherwise it is a very good product!

I use this all the time , I make my kids homemade chocolate syrup, cake,brownies, and chocolate gravy. I find that Hershey’s cocoa powder just has that taste of my childhood, my grandmother only used Hershey’s and maybe that’s why I only use this brand as well.

This cocoa works for hot chocolate, brownies, cookies, frostings, cake batters, chocolate milk, etc etc. I saw a recipe for homemade coco crispies and they used this also. Very versatile, tastes very good, and it lasts a long time if stored properly.
