Lotion for Grandma
This stuff is horrible. I mean the quality is fine and its nourshing enough...but this is WAY TOO FLOWERY smelling for most people. No man will use this and I suspect only some women. They've really diminished their customer opportunity with the fragrance. I was expecting more of an oat smell (like other lotions) but they're really masking that with flowers.

Terrible
I used the Intensive Care Essential Healing lotion for years because it was the only lotion that didn’t make my skin feel like it was on fire. With the new Nourishing Moisture formula, however, my skin is burning again, and there is a perfume smell. I am very disappointed and will not be buying this again.

Terrible pump
The lotion is adequate. My problem is with the dispensing pump. It doesn't work. After spending it around and around pushing down and pulling up I finally figured out that you want to turn a quarter turn to dispense. Why couldn't you say that? Instead on the back of the bottle you print: How to use pump. And provide a QR code. When I use the QR code and click on every section there is NOTHING on how to use the pump. When I finally got it to dispense I learned that I had to pull the pump back up manually. Smh. I would return it, but maybe I'll just put it into another pump bottle that works. I won't buy another one.

What happened to the smell?
This has been my go-to lotion for moisture (and fresh smell) for years. Another user explained it best. It smells like glue all of a sudden. I can’t get past it. I had to return the bottle I bought.

If it wasn’t broken, why did you fix it?????
I have purchased 7 large bottles of the yellow bottle lotion and I have been very hesitant to provide a review until now because I thought the scent difference may have been a fluke but I’m pretty certain it’s been changed. I’m very upset about the fact that every time I use the lotion, it feels and smells like I’m putting Elmer’s glue on my body. I would like to request that a full refund or replacements be shipped to me with the older formula instead of the nasty flavor you guys have allegedly fixed. I will take pictures of the bottles of necessary to get them replaced. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

Feels great but does nothing.
This feels really nice and has a great smooth non-greasy texture, but it just doesn’t have staying power or lasting hydration. My hands get very dry at work because we have hard water (like peeling dry) and unfortunately this lotion basically washes off every time I wash my hands. It had no positive, lasting effect on the peeling. Disappointing for Vaseline.

Strongly Scented
The lotion is silky, but there’s no mention of it being scented anywhere on the bottle or in the description. It actually has an overpowering perfumy floral scent. It irritated my dry hands and the scent hung around even after washing my hands twice to try and get it all off.
