Excellent Healthy Soup
We have been buying Amy's Organic Soups (Lentil Vegetable in green can) for many years due to food allergies. It's hearty, delicious and is definitely gluten and dairy free confirmed by our blood test results. Wish there were many more options for grain free/dairy free people. Need more flavors/options:)

Hearty Soup
It’s a good hearty soup with a bunch of amazing vegetables. It’s extremely bland and kind of on the sweet side. I added some chicken knorr, chili pepper flakes, black pepper and a good squeeze of lemon and it was perfect!

My favorite reduced sodium lentil soup
I love lentil soup, and Amy’s reduced sodium lentil vegetable soup is a bit bland but delicious when I add salt-free seasonings like ground rainbow or Szechuan peppers. I like the thicker texture and flavor of the lentil vegetable over Amy’s plain lentil soup. It’s a great option if you like lentil soup and want to reduce sodium in your diet. My only complaint is that Amy’s soups are a bit pricey so I only buy them when they go on sale. Target’s prices are usually the lowest I’ve found.

Onion soup ft. lentils.
I like onions as much as the next gal but dear lord, there is never any reason to put that much onion in any soup, let alone a lentil one. Onions don’t make up for lack of salt and flavor and the smell of this stuff was so pungent I feel like I need to air out my apartment for a while. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

I decided to snag this soup last minute on sale for a quick lunch option and wow! This soup is absolutely delicious that I had to leave a review. The ingredients are clear and clean. The low sodium option is wonderful and it does not taste bland at all, actually very flavorful with all the veggies added. Will continue to buy.
