    Gross and contains Gluten!

    These have completely changed, so sweet and gross. And they contain barley malt = NOT Gluten Free but not clearly labeled!!

    New recipe?

    I've been eating these for years. I just bought a new box with a National Park Foundation design on it. The design of the box is nice, but I was not pleased to open the first bar from the box and find that these granola bars have changed. The flavor is very different, blandly sweet, and hardly nutty. What's weird is the box doesn't say anything about a new recipe. The ingredient list looks the same. What is going on with these?

    Sweet but good snack for on the go

    These are a little too sweet for my taste but they are still a good snack to have on hand. I eat them when I’m short on time and can’t eat a full meal at that moment. I keep some in my purse and sports bags.

    Serious shrinkflation. Sad.

    I’ve been eating the Sweet & Salty pretty much daily since they were introduced. About to cancel my biweekly subscription before they deliver me a box of bite size bars in comicly oversized wrappers. I’m guessing my twelve pack is now the equivalent of a ten pack. Disappointing. I’m going to see what else is out there for the first time ever.

    Shrinkflation is real!

    Love these bars but love the new bars about equal to the new size. Really? Not only are they smaller but the packaging is now oversized compared to the product inside. Not cool, Nature Valley. I’m not a fab of smaller bars to keep the price the same nor am I a fan of making them more like a granola bar. I want the big peanuts back and the full sized bar. Just be honest and raise the price if you must.

    What happened?

    The bars are smaller, thinner, and far fewer nuts. I have been eating these as a snack for years and this last box has changed! And not for the better! The nuts have mostly been replaced with more of a granola which changed the overall consistency. It is far more dense and NOT AT ALL good like it used to be. Not good at all really. Please announce if you change back so that I can go buy again, but I will have to find another snack until then. Look at the photo, where are the nuts?! That bar does not look like that package photo anymore.

    Too small

    Bars have gotten so small. The taste is still good, but the overall size is unfulfilling at best. I no longer will purchase this brand due to it's size and rip-off price. Too bad, I used to really like this product and brand. Oh well....

    Quality has dropped dramatically

    I’ve been eating nature valley sweet and salty peanut chewy granola bars for months and the quality has drastically declined. They have significantly reduced the amount of peanuts in each bar and they don’t taste that good anymore. Noticed this on the last 3 boxes I’ve purchased and I’m no longer going to buy these.

    Great snack for the whole family!

    It is a little expensive for what they are but that’s pretty common across the granola bar category. Overall though these are delicious! Our whole house loves them! Wish there were mega sizes so our family of 5 didn’t go through two boxes so fast!

    SOOOOO much smaller and same price. total rip off. At least save some packaging and make it smaller too for the dinky sized bar you are making. I'd pay more for the original sized bar BTW...

    Very good I love the bottom of the granola bar.

    This is one of my favorites options nature valley has to offer. The taste is so good .and the value is understandable and the ingredients and taste amazing .the packaging individual is great for on the go .

    Yummy Snack Bar

    Nature valley bars are so delicious. I love the salty sweet combination. These are really tasty and are a nice snack to ride you over until the next meal. They have some protein and a bit more sugar than I'd like but are still yummy. I don't buy them often due to the price though.
