Went to the store to purchase the usual stuff I would get for cold sores and seen these and decided to give it a try. OMG my cold sore was gone and healed within 5 days. Would recommend using cold sore patches since it usually helps contain the virus

I've so far used 3 of the 4 vials and it has done absolutely nothing for my cold sore. I started to use it the day the cold sore became apparent to me. I feel like the only good this product is doing is increasing Orajel's bottom line.

Pricey But Good
It’s amazing. Will immediately relieve pain and if you apply it as soon as you feel a cold sore, it practically works overnight. The only downfall is the price. You can only use one of the tubes once and you only get 4 of them. However, it works far better than any other treatment I’ve tried.

Works great. Used it for years and have learned a thing or two: be sure to use it AT THE FIRST SIGN OF A COLD SORE. Do NOT wait. Wipe the area with a damp tissue first. Don't eat or drink or brush your teeth for at least 45 mins afterwards or it may not work. I always have these on hand and in my purse. Worth every penny.

Works great for my husband.
This is one of the few things that help my husbands cold sores. We bought some to keep in hand in case he has a flare up. This is also way cheaper than the drugstore! He said it tingles and numbs when he uses it but helps dry out the cold sore.

Works Great
I am a 77 year old man and haven't had a cold sore since I was a teenager. When I recently go one I tried a leading brand for relief. It got so sore that I had trouble eating, especially food with salt in it. After two days of no improvement I bought Orajel for Cold Sores and in seconds the pain was gone and in four more days the cold sore was gone. Great product with great results.

I’ve suffered from cold sores for as long as I can remember. I can’t believe I’ve never used this product. I was unsure if I was using it correctly the first time (didn’t realize the white portion absorbed the medication and was ultimately the applicator). Cool technology and useful product with amazing and quick results. If applied early enough, the sore goes away overnight. I would use this over and over again.

Terrible, PAINFUL
I got this product hoping for some relief....etc. anyone that deals with cold sores know exactly what I mean. I had one on my upper lip, left side for a little over 2 weeks, right before that one went away, ANOTHER ONE showed up on my lower lip on the right side ...... This one was more painful then before.... So I figured I better get some new ointments and lysine pills. I got this hoping it would help....... IT MADE IT WORSE!!! I used it once a day for two days now and it hurts so far worse than any other cold sore I have dealt with. It's like it built a dome over the cold sore and kept all pain inside there. It itches worse, it burned worse and it lasted much much longer. I.... 110% .... WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! you're better off going and cutting part of your lip OFF!! be warned.... Don't try this!!

If you get horrible cold sore on and off, forget about this product. I get cold sores from stress, anxiety, or simply getting the flu or cold. I have used everything out there, included toothpastes, hydrogen peroxide, and even baking soda pastes. Nothing works so well. But this for sure does not work. If you’re looking for something to numb you up bc of the pain for a short period of time, this is for you. If your looking for potential treatment, this is not it , nor will it prevent The outbreak when you get the feeling that it’s coming. Skip this and go for your usual home remedies. What a waste of money. Do better Orajel.
