What's going on? Why did you guys mess with the formula. It doesn't smell the same. It doesn't even smell like menthol. It has an unpleasant smell. The effectiveness of the product isn't the same, either. When something is good the way it is why do you guys always mess with it.

New Formula?
I bought and used Vicks VapoRub last week (February 2025) to loosen phlegm from sinus infection/ coughing for the first time in a few years and got a severe allergic reaction from it. My skin blew up in redness, puffiness and I had wheezing and a fever from it. That went away after about 24 hrs when I stopped using it. It was frightening. That never happened when using the product in the past and wonder if the company changed their formula?

Changed Formula Won't buy again.
I thought it was me. Clearly they have ruined a product that worked Had been around for at least 100 Years no joke. Now it’s useless! How sad! I need to find something else. I’ll try the off brand as someone else recommended. They change products ALWAYS to save money ALWAYS! And they will lose out.
