    Holy Grail

    I Do Not Care For this Roast

    I would not purchase this coffee again. It was supposed to be medium roast, but clearly was dark or at best medium dark. Not as described.

    Not for me

    I haven’t had Big Bang in a while and now that I try it again I am not a fan. I like something a little less bitter with a bit more chocolate taste.

    Freshly Roasted Coffee

    I'm finding that the freshly roasted Peets coffee did not taste as good as what I bought at the grocery. Doesn't make sense.

    Bitter after first 2 brews

    It got bitter after opening. First 2 brews were as expected. I will not purchase again. I use the drip brewing method.

    Now this is good to the last drop

    Peet's "Big Bang" medium roast is an excellent coffee I look forward to having a cup of it every morning actually I have 4 cups of it every morning lol, the aroma the taste never disappoints, I use a percolator to brew my coffee using a hand grinder to my beans fresh. The packaging style that Peet's is using now is great and the roast by date on the package when it comes to my front door ensures I am getting the freshest beans possible, Thanks again for a great cup of coffee.

    Bad-tasting

    Big Bang: Not good. I'm not sure what the underlying tastes and smells are, but certainly not "graham...", "..chocolate" or whatever the "notes" are that they refer to. Nauseating. Major Dickinson is much better (I get the decaf version).
