Solid, supportive feel - easy to trim and fit
Got the men's heavy duty 200 lb.+ and they were a good size to start with and only had to carefully trim them down a few sizes. I put them in some casual boots and they work great. I took the dilapidated, original insoles out first, of course.

disappointing
trimming these to size was quite the task, i guess that’s good that they’re tough, but for most people who aren’t a size 13, it’s a bit of a workout cutting off the excess! also, the hard orange plastic bit on the lower inner foot makes a squeaky noise with every step you take as it rubs against the inside of your shoe— i tried baby powder, a piece of fabric, even sanding down the section a little but nothing stopped the squeaks!!

Heavy Duty was good! (Extra Comfort Not Good)
These did not make my feet hurt for 8+/-hr. I put them in my Sketchers and I left the original sole inside not wanting to damage the shoe since it wouldn't come out easy. I ordered 2 different ones to try. This was the first one and it is the Dr. Scholl's Heavy Duty Mens 8-14 every though I am female but my feet are big, size 11 women's so I cut these to the 9 mark and they fit. Towards the end of my shift I started to feel like they might have caused me blisters but I admit not wearing socks however, I did add powder under the inserts and also over the inserts. Next day I tried the Extra Comfort insoles and quickly realized they not helping at all maybe even causing more pain finally after a few hours I went to the bathroom and took them out. (Same shoes) So, the Heavy Duty gets my vote and I advise buying at least 2 choices and returning the one(s) that don't work for you.

Update
One month in and I now have 5 pair. They work too well to be switching between my various pairs of footwear. I have two other people at work who swear by them now as well.

Foot saver.
I bought one pair to try them out then bought two more pair a week later. After 40 years in work boots these help ease the pain.

Great for the first month and a half
These worked great for the first 1 1/2 month I had it. After that brief period, they started to squeak every time I walked. The squeak was caused by the plastic arch support. People would look at me when I walked because of the squeak.

Comfortable but stink
Comfortable and easy to trim. But after a month or so, it's like the polyurethane starts to break down and causes a very strong ammonia smell. It smells like a cat urinated in my boots. This means I have to replace the insoles much sooner than I should and give my boots a thorough wash. Hopefully someone can chime in and offer more insight on what causes the strong ammonia smell in these insoles after about a month of use. I've tried about 4 different pairs (the same style of insoles) and they all started smelling like cat urine. Which is disappointing because otherwise I really like the insoles.

Comfortable but Noisy
I bought these through my FSA account and love how comfortable they are but they squeak so loudly everyone asks what's wrong with my shoes. I hate that part.

Packaging NOT recyclable - Single Use Pastics here #SUPs
Plastic coated cardboard packaging = not recyclable packaging. This looks like cardboard but is effectively a single use-plastic because the plastic is bonded to the cardboard. Inserts are great - 5 stars with enviro-friendly packaging.

Comfortable and they work great
I am 310 pounds and I have been having pain on the outside of my left foot. I have flat feet and walk a lot at work. My wife suggested I try insoles, so I got these since they were heavy duty and it was almost instant relief. I wear a size 14 and they are very comfortable in my shoes.

Good For Tired Feet and Aching Backs
These insoles work! My husband was having foot and back problems until he started using these. Now he can be on his feet for much longer without having the extreme discomfort .

not good for my feet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relief Orthotics heel part seem (is) unstable for me and has cause me to roll my ankle, twice. Once in nike cortez gym shoes and once in work boots.
