    Return warranty

    I returned this item back to the store for a refund but couldnt return the warranty. Ive tried going online to see if i can get my refund for the warranty being that i purchased a new device and new warranty for that new device. Can someone direct me to the right place?

    Buyer Beware

    If you purchase a plan just remember that it’s only good for one claim and after that they close it. I had a cracked screen and they repaired it and closed the plan. I can not file another one.

    Don't Waste your money

    They don't replace and you are only allowed one claim. My hinge broke, they fixed it and now my chromebook doesn't charge and they said I have exhausted my claim amount and the policy is over. It has only been 1 year. From them: the Protection Plan on this item has been completed as there were repairs on the item up to the price of the coverage amount on the Protection Plan which is the purchase price of your item after discounts and before taxes hence there wouldn't be any more claims filed on this Protection Plan.

    Fake insurance

    Dislike the fact that I have paid for some insurance that will not cover an “accidental” fire that was not started intentionally and this was ruled by the fire department.

    Potection Plan worth it
