I think it's the smell
Honestly, I haven’t seen that much of a change. Probably because of the smell I hate and I’m not being consistent. When I got it, I didn’t even open it and the smell was there. Opening it was MUCH WORSE! Eating it, the taste wasn’t bad but then there’s this aftertaste and it’s so so SO bad! If you are okay with the after taste and you are consistent, then I recommend it, but if you hate the aftertaste and can’t be very consistent because of this smell, then I wouldn’t recommend it to you.

I’m not sure why these vitamins smell SO AWFUL, but every time my daughter opens them it’s like someone unleashed a fart bomb laced with straight fish stank. Terrible. She is a champ and takes them anyway but good Lord never again.

AMAZING GUMMIES!
I had gotten these for my teen daughter because she’s been needing vitamins. She says that after she had taken these for about a month she’s realized she’s been able to stay awake during school, metabolism has gotten better, sleep has gotten better,acne, ect.. Although she said the taste isn’t good at all and would give her a stomach ache but she claims she has gotten used to it after a week or so! My daughter says she definitely recommends this!
