Q: How do I attach the diffuser/concentrator? The openings for the attachments are slightly oblong and the head of the hair dryer is circular. I feel silly for asking but I can't get them on!

This is so loud, and the lowest setting is powerful, but doesn’t actually dry anything. All it did was blow my hair and shower curtain all around the bathroom. I spent 15 minutes untangling my hair after that.

The handle is very uncomfortable to hold and makes my hand cramp. It also CAUGHT ON FIRE inside the blow dryer while I was using it. Could have been a very bad situation.

This is a great little hair dryer. It's smaller than the one it replaced, but it is also lighter in weight, which I like. It has the same features as my prior one, 3 heat settings and 2 speeds. It dries my hair well. I do wish the cord was a tad longer, but it's adequate. I'm happy with this purchase.

This was a birthday present I got in high school and I've frequently used. That was 18 years ago. It still works. I'm surprised that it is still sold. It works as described. I actually get less frizz using my blow dryer than air drying. It probably takes 10 minutes to fully dry my hair.

This dryer was DOA. I tried resetting the plug (reset/test buttons) and using different outlets but it never turned on once. I plugged my old dryer back in, the one I intended to replace, and even though it’s not working well at least it’s ON. I highly suspect this new dryer was a return from someone else. None of the parts were held in place by the packaging. Did anyone even check the contents?

I never write reviews but this was a complete waste of money. It took forever to dry my hair and made it SUPER tangly.. Returned after two days. Also it doesn’t get hot enough.
