    Unhappy with Delivery

    I received my order on 12/29/25. It was left sitting in the snow several hours before I realized it had been delivered. It was only in the manufacturer’s bag- no other bag or box. It was sitting in the wet snow and it was wet when I brought it in. Now I do not know if the food has been corrupted. It wasn’t even in my porch. I want to exchange it, but that is not an option on the app. It’s return it or keep it. I hesitate to return it because I had a 20% off coupon that will be list if I return the item and repurchase. I am not happy with this delivery at all.

    Purina Cat Chow Naturals Dry Original

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feed a colony of at least 25 cats. This helps me keep them healthy and they eat it with no problem. I can't always afford this, but when I can, especially in cold weather I appreciate the quality of the Purina Car Chow Naturals. Some of the finicky cats won't eat the cheaper quality foods. Thank you for the points redemption program. I wish I knew about it years ago.

    Great cat food

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of two dry cat foods I regularly feed my cats. Over the past decade I’ve had nearly 10 cats (plus a few freeloaders from the neighbors) and all of them love this food. I’ve tried adding other varieties and one or two cats just don’t like them. So I stick with what works.

We prefer the purina brand due to the reputation and consistent quality. The cats love that all the morsels are the same and not different shapes and sizes. They eat all the pieces instead of picking out particular ones like they did with other brands.
