Horrible litter for multicat
I had to switch from Tidy cats naturally strong to this because they discontinued it. The old litter was amazing. This litter is horrible. It doesn't clump, it's hard to scoop urine, and it doesn't control the odor. I'm so disappointed in this litter. Won't be buying again.

Stop cutting corners!
Enough with the we're sorry crap. Change it back. This crap is not working and it's smelling up my whole house. We have a fairly new AC system that keeps the humidity down and have just added a dehumidifier to the room with the boxes. The only thing that has done is to spread the smell around the house more. FIX IT!!!!!

Actually Not Bad
I switched from arm & hammer hardball to this and I’ve seen an instant difference. The smell is completely gone and the pee hardens to a ball fast rather than hardball. The only complaint that I have is it’s definitely heavy and slightly crumbly. But for $12 compared to $22 I don’t mind

Big thumbs down, the formula has changed
Big thumbs down, the litter has changed. Now the litter is dragging all over and it’s sticking to my cats fur. This has never happened before. The color of the litter is completely different, looks wet.

I have used this product for over 5 years with no issues until recently. Something has changed and you can tell just by the look of it. It is now tracking much worse than before and I am now finding many of the tracked pieces broken apart on the floor just from my cat lightly stepping on them leaving a huge mess. We can tell the cat notices the change as well as he is not using the litter box as often as before. We will be changing litters now.

Formula changed RUINED this product
I have used this product for 8 years with my two cats and it has worked amazingly. However, something changed a few months ago. The color of the litter was noticeably different and it is SO SO DUSTY. A cloud forms over the litter box when I scoop now. It used to be so low dust and now it’s unbearable. It is also not nearly as good at controlling the smell and clumping. So disappointing to lose such an amazing product to lack of quality. I will be switching brands which is never ideal with cats but we can’t keep using this litter!

Besides being a great product, I am always grateful for the delivery drivers. I get these heavy Kitty litter buckets regularly ,and the drivers Always bring 2 buckets all the way to my porch. Witch is a big thing for me because I have a longer driveway that the normal city lots and some delivery persons Don't or Won't bother bringing a heavy object all the way to my porch.

Horrible mess
I bought this for years and it was great, I like that it doesn’t have almost any smell, however I think they changed something because there is litter all over my house now! It’s such a mess! I have litter catching mats and despite that, my entire house, upstairs and downstairs, is covered in litter. I’ve vacuumed 5 times today and there’s still litter everywhere- I’m switching to a new litter asap.

I’ll never purchase this brand again. I think it makes the used litter smell worse and stronger. It does not control odor at all. I rather buy the target brand.

Best kitty litter !
We keep coming back to this specific litter for our cats. I do not like any of the scented litters, they all smell nasty to me. Tidy Cats unscented is by far the best unscented litter. It doesn’t smell bad, and it clumps for easy scooping. I wish it wasn’t the most expensive one though!

Did you guys think we wouldn’t notice the formula change?? I was so alarmed when I poured the litter and it was SO DARK. I thought something was wrong with my jug. Why do companies always try to fix something that isn’t broken. I’ve used this litter for YEARS. It used to be the best and healthiest one out there for my picky cats but now idk what this garbage is. Listen to your customers and change it back!!! Or else I will not be buying this again.

Went from being perfect and amazing, to subpar.
For years, this was my favorite go to litter. People would come to my house and ask me what I used because they couldn’t smell it at all. Then several years back, I noticed it stopped masking the smell quite as well and it seemed to be clumping differently. Afraid to branch out and try something else, I stuck with it. In the last year or two, I’ve noticed the quality has just gone down on it so much. It no longer masks the smell, it clumps onto the sides so bad but leaves the clumps wet in the middle, so when you go to scoop, the whole thing just crumbles and falls apart. It’s also EXTREMELY dusty. When it used to be hardly dusty at all. Please Purina, look over the formulas from years back and compare it to now. Look at the overwhelming number of reviews you have stating how loyal customers are very aware of a terrible change. Maybe it’s the source of a specific ingredient, but something needs to change. You guys had such a great product that really stuck out on the market at one point.

love this litter, most cats don't like a scented litter and the scents can irritate their sinuses and lungs. this litter is great and long lasting, I have one cat and change her litter out once every two weeks. with daily scooping there is no bad odor with this litter.
