  • A: The thermal ink that allows the use of friction to erase will react to heat and cause the ink to fade and give the impression that the pen is out of ink. In some cases, chilling the pen (cont. below)

Q: Can this tip be used to write in very small spaces, or is the tip too wide? And does the tip hold it's shape or flatten out and become wider?

  • A: Depending on the amount of pressure applied to the marker while writing would make the line width vary. Light pressure would produce a thinner line.

    Hate Them

    I'm a teacher, so I grade a lot of papers and I like to use different colors. I'm a long time Flair pen user and wanted to switch over to something else. I really like the regular Frixion click pens, so I thought these would be comparable to my other fineliners. They are not. The pen is stick straight and awkward to write with, and the tips are super short and delicate. The colors aren't as vivid as I hoped. They do erase for the most part, but they also look watery and not full on the paper. I'll probably just hand these out to kids so they'll be gone eventually. I wish I had just invested in the regular Frixion pens.

    Awesome pens that leave no trace when erased!

The writing quality is surprisingly smooth—they don't skip or feel scratchy like other erasable brands I've tried. The best part is definitely the erase ability; the ink disappears completely without leaving those messy smudges or ripping the paper. Plus, the color selection is awesome. It’s so nice to have vibrant options beyond just black and blue. Highly recommend if you want to keep your notes neat but colorful!

    Frixion markers pens

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Frixion fineliner marker pens, free from influenster. I love the Frixion line. They do work really well. The pens write very smoothly. They do take a little effort to erase. They don’t bleed through paper. I was a little disappointed that after a few minutes out of the package, my blue marker dried up. I do like that if the pens don’t work, you can put them in the freezer for a little bit and they’ll work again. I left it in the freezer for maybe like 20 minutes and the color came back. These are great little marker pens.

    Great erasable pen!

My only issue is as being erasable, the ink is not as dark or saturated. Otherwise they write like a normal pen and dry quickly. They are easy open and well made to fit I. Your hand well.

They have really nice bright colors and they write well. The best part is that you can erase them! If I make a mistake, I just rub it out. It doesn't look messy or smudge the paper, and they seem to have lasted and act the same way when I first used them. Good quality!

    Erasable and fineliner marker pens

I wish they were a little bit juicier, and the black was darker but for the product these are nice! Great for journaling without fearing messing up

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pilot Frixon marker pens are good fine line markers. I felt they are real good and the width is just .7mm. It wrote clearly on paper and did not bleed through and it means does not damage any documents . Instantly dries on paper and no feel of wet. Grip is good . Used it couple times and tip is going well. Only thing I struggled a bit is for erasing. It needs good number of times to erase it completely but it will erase clean if it's done with a good quality eraser.

The pens have a fine tip that glides fluidly across the paper. I like the eraser, but you have to be careful because it may smudge at times. The pens are comfortable to use and great for projects. Currently I've been using these pens to color in my adult coloring book and for journaling.
