I threw it in the trash - dont buy it!
it was easy to cut out the hole but it quickly got slimy and grew mold. I really disliked it, I tried to clean it with a brush but in very small crevices I wasn't able to properly clean it. within days it grew mold. its very high maintenance and not what I was looking for. I threw it away in less than a month. worst buy ever and it was really expensive compared to others.

Doubles as a counter protector too
This works well to protect the bottom the sink but I wish someone would make one that protects the sides as well. Anyway.... this works as advertised as well as works to protect glass top tables and counters from hot items. I put a pan right out of a 450 degree oven on it and it didn't phase it one bit.

Bad purchase!
Bought these at least 6-8 months ago and have regretted ever since. They collect slippery residue and mold on the bottom esp in the crevices. Although you can put them in the dishwasher to clean, black spots are not removed. Have found no solution to use on them. Gross! Since they were not cheap (3 sinks) I have put up with it but going to trash them and replace. Do not buy!

Would not buy again
I got the grey sink mat. Good design, cuts easily to open a drain hole where needed. We don't have a dishwasher though, and there is slippery grossness that accumulates on the bottom that's not easy to remove, even with a brush. I haven't found an effective solution to keeping it clean. Next time I'll just buy a less expensive product that looks easier to clean, and then toss it when it gets gross.

Liked the Oxo sink mat is silicone. A good thickness protects dishes. Problem is my sink slopes so glasses or mugs tip over - hard to soak them. Very easy to clean Oxo mat and rinse off each day to maintain cleanliness.

Always frustrated when things would slip down into the sink side that has the garbage disposal. So, saw this and purchased it. Glad I did. I have a vintage ceramic kitchen sink in my apartment that easily scratches. I put this in the bottom of the sink and it has helped immensely. I also use it to place dishes while drying.
