Q: What is the maximum doorway height? I can see the total length of the jumper is 72in. For tall doorways does it extend further than that? I see in another question it extends 48in. Is that in addition to the 72? Thanks

A: Needed an answer to your question but the brand product “expert” doesn’t know how to answer questions properly. This thing only fits on doors 4-6’ high. Who has 4-6’ door frames?? Fail.
submitted byChristy PB - 5 years agoA: The seat itself needs to be some distance off of the floor to allow for the springing action, which allows the baby’s weight to pull it down so it can bounce. Also, you need to allow for the length of the baby’s legs.

She loves to be in her jumperoo!
Baby girl is just sitting up recently and has started using this jumperoo. She tap dances in it cooing and singing to herself. She loves it and gets so tired afterwards that she conks out almost immediately.

Unsafe
Tried the door jumper with my 3 month old. Didn’t even last 1 minute before the fabric broke at the top. Didn’t even put much stress on it, she weighs only 13 pounds, and the fabric gave way causing my daughter to fall to the ground and hit her head. I do not recommend this product.

Spring too tight
Does not seem to bounce much. Spring is very tight so hoping it might loosen up. Baby doesn’t seem to be able to jump in it.

Very disappointed, way too big.
This thing is huge, my son loves his jumper and can sit unassisted, he’s 7 months and 22+ pounds and is no where near fitting in this thing. It hangs a few feet off the floor so even if the seat did fit him he wouldn’t be close to touching the ground.

What baby does this work for?!
When we first purchased, our daughter was able to hold herself up when we held onto her, and enjoyed pushing off with her feet. She was about 3 months old, but we knew she was still a bit too small. We waited until she was 5 months old to try to use it. She was absolutely drowning in it. The seat is huge. She pitched forward immediately, and her neck was resting right on the edge! We removed her and didn't try again until recently, 3 months later. She's almost 18 pounds, and can sit up unsupported. She is STILL drowning in this thing. She's at least not choking, but there's no way for her to sit up in this thing, she's always pitched forward. The sides are lodged right into her armpits, which is uncomfortable. I could tell she was also frustrated by the spinning feature - our first hcild had a similar door jumper, and she could spin around in it as well, but the mechanism seemed more controlled. Our first baby used that one when she was only 5 months old with absolutely no discomfort or danger, either - so I have no idea what the hell this company is thinking putting together a jumper like this. I can't think of any age that it would be appropriate for, except maybe a 1 year old - and by then, they probably wouldn't enjoy it. I'm upset that we even bothered trying a new design - I should have just repurchased the one we had before.

Dangerous & unsafe
Used it for first time this evening & my grandson nearly fell out of the seat, definitely not a safe or secure item. Baby leans to one side & device does not remain stable. So grateful I was at his side to save him from serious injury

ehhh it's not horrible, but not amazing. my child is average or below in size and it's HUGE. She's constantly dangling around in it uncomfortably. It might work for another family, but not ours.
