A: It took about 15 minutes, but I finally got the spray to release. I'm not sure if my way was the right way, but it was the only way that worked. I had to completely remove the lid and all of the pieces with the lid. Take off the lock and then put the lid back together.

A: On mine, there’s a switch at the base of the nozzle. Press the button one way to lock and the other to unlock!

A: There is a “lock” on the base. I purchased two different sense and the lock functions different differently between the bottles. On one bottle put the spray part in front of your face and you will see that there is the spray part your facepthat is either going to be to the left or to the right. you just have to push the lock left to right. On the other, there’s a tab sticking out on the side; push that tab to the other side to be able to actually spray the bottle. On the second bottle type, look at the bottle from the side and you will see there is a “clip “that is right under the handle. Push that clip to one side or the other and that will unlock the bottle. When you have pushed the clip, you will be able to see it protruding from the side of the spray bottle when you look at it from the front. I hope this helps!
