Awful weird flavor. If I didn’t check the expiration date I would have thought this was expired. Made macarons and the entire batch tastes horrid. Go with the name brand/.

I love that this Almond flour isn’t processed in a facility that also processes wheat. We have a little one, in the house, that’s allergic to wheat/gluten so any cross contamination, no matter how small or incidental, could be dangerous.

Usually buy Bob's, out of stock so figured I'd give this a shot. trust me - the inconvenience of driving elsewhere to purchase a name brand product far outweighs the absolute disappointment and waste of time from this almond flour. made a test batch of ricciarelli and upon opening the bag was met with a dry sawdust smell, went against my gut and baked with it anyway, the cookies were inedible. y'all make this from rancid almonds or cut it with wood chips?

I have been using blue diamond almond flour religiously for 3 years for macarons. Bought this as a back up because I ran out and needed some asap. Terrible choice. I spent 3 hours baking for my macarons to taste strange. Not a good tasting almond flour at all.

Bought this to make a triple batch of my ricciarelli cookies because it was less expensive than my go-to brands. Joke’s on me, I spent all the time making the cookies and they taste rancid. I just bought the flour yesterday and the best by date isn’t until late next year. Save your money for reliable quality.
