A: When ours was a kitten, it fit inside . But as she grew, she still enjoys it. She just puts her head & paws inside and falls asleep. Like 1/2 of her body. She loves it. Her favorite toy/ bed. She uses it for scratching the outside while sitting on top. When she goes crazy and runs, it flips over. No big deal. . Ours is like 3 years old ( the cubby/ scratcher. ) She uses it every day & night. She loves it!! She doesn’t scratch the inside at all. The rectangle flat scratcher , she hardly ever uses it.

A: It’s for a kitten or small cat. My small lady loves it because the bigger lads don’t fit in it so it’s all hers.

A: Depends on your local recycling facility’s rules. Most cardboard that’s contaminated with anything (food residue, etc) is not suitable for recycling. So if it’s brand new, yeah probably. But after it’s been scratched to smithereens, probably not.

A: For scratching, it’s ok but not if he likes to stand tall to scratch. Also he will not fit inside it. The inside is sized for kittens and small cats.
