Dr. Scholl's® Extra Comfort All-Day Insoles with Massaging Gel® are specially designed for those whose feet and legs experience discomfort and fatigue from work and other activities. These insoles are scientifically engineered to accommodate those who are tall, 200+ lbs, and/or have wide-width feet. Experience all-day superior comfort that helps you stay on your feet longer!
Why it Works:
When you’re on your feet all day, the muscles in your feet and legs can become fatigued from supporting your body. This can leave you with tired, achy feet and legs and could slow you down. This problem can be particularly accentuated for big and tall men.
Dr. Scholl's® Extra Comfort All-Day Insoles with Massaging Gel® provide extra support and cushioning which helps reduce muscle fatigue in big & tall men. This helps you feel more energized throughout the day.
How to Use:
Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

They hurt! Had to remove them & yes I did it correctly the same as the other Dr S insoles the day before
These caused me more pain than w/o them so after a few hours at work I took them out to finish my shift and I will be returning them. The name says Extra Comfort so I had high hopes but the day before I tried the Heavy Duty also Dr Scholl's and they were good and comparatively I'd say the other ones are great. I would advise if you are trying to decide which ones to get go ahead and buy 2 or 3 and return the ones that don't work like I will be doing with this one.

A lot of arch support, but very squeaky.
Pros: gave a lot of arch support and had good cushion. Cons: for the first week, the amount of arch support made my feet hurt. Also if the plastic that makes up the support moves in any way within the shoe, it squeaks. I had hoped it'd go away after breaking it in, but it just got worse. For the past two weeks, every step I took made a loud squeak like I had water in my shoes which made it super embarrassing to walk around a quiet office.

Great Insoles
Have been using Dr. Scholl's insoles for years of different types, and although they have all worked extremely well for me, these are the best so far. Plenty of cushion and support for flat feet.

Avoid. Arch support for smaller shoe sizes is completely off
As someone who wears size 9 shoes, I could tell immediately the arch support of the insoles were not designed for small sizes. I have attached pictures of Superf*et Insoles for Size 7.5-9 for comparison, and you can see the massive difference in location of the arch. Don’t waste your time with these Dr Scholls inserts if you’re not near the upper end of the sizing range. They felt okay when I tried them outside my shoe, but after trimming and using them the arches would press painfully on the balls of my feet. This was after two day shifts worth of standing so it’s not an issue of breaking them in either. Furthermore, I had to trim the Dr Scholls inserts all the way to the 8 line for them to fit in my size 9 Adidas Grand Court shoes.

Super customizable and work well for my partners flat feet. You can cut them to the size of your shoe and my partner works long days on his feet constantly. His flat feet have caused him a lot of issues and these helped a ton. Plus they run deals on them frequently give it a shot for a budget choice.

Not happy, poor quality.
Had these insoles less than a week and the fabric started rolling back from the edge, thus causing a "hot spots" and pain under my toes. I was disappointed in the product and not satisfied.

Packaging
Not being an infant, I have opened a few thousand packages in my lifetime. Ya know, not a novice. Trying to open this product without damaging the product is an exercise in complete frustration. What a horrible design. It reminds me of the days of CD's, when they came in unopenable shells. Why would you design a wrapper that makes you hate the product before you've even used it?

Added support and comfort at work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for my work shoes, as I walk to work (about a mile) and needed a little more support. Took a little bit to get them in once I'd cut them, but after I did these worked great. Supported my arches better and also my feet were less sore.

Comfy and great for walking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these right before a long trip that involved a lot of walking. I have really enjoyed using them but my feet did get slightly hot after a lot of walking. They did provide a lot of support and they felt like a cushion.
