I love Bakerita and this cookbook is wonderful! There are so many recipes! Pictures are beautiful. Ingredients are nothing too crazy or exotic - easily found in stores. Recipes come together quickly and are delicious! My whole family loves the treats from this book!

I have been following Bakerita's book for years, and was so excited for this book to come out! And it exceeded all expectations! Every recipe I have made of hers turns out so well--my friends can never tell they're made with healthier ingredients. There are so many new treats i want to make out of this book--cookie dough bars, healthy pop tarts, and cinnamon rolls! Bakerita is so talented, and all her photos are amazing! She is so inspiring and makes the most wonderful treats!
