Never knew I needed a Comal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to use a tortilla warming sleeve to warm my tortillas for tacos but not anymore. This has enhanced my soft taco experience especially when making breakfast chorizo con papas. If Mexican cuisine isn't necessarily your thing, I made perfect blueberry pancakes for my kids and my kids are very particular when it comes to the consistency of the breading. I love that it's also so much thinner and doesn't take much space as a griddle would. I highly recommend this product!

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much I needed a comal until I got this one. It's surprisingly lightweight but very sturdy. It distributes heat evenly and cooks my tortillas perfectly. No more burnt tortillas. And it also helps keep my stove clean. An absolute staple in my kitchen.

Nice, easy to use for pancakes/tortillas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IMUSA sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. I've used it for pancakes and warming up tortillas. It's the perfect size for a few tortillas and pancakes and easy to store and clean. The nonstick coating is nice too and so far has worked well. Make sure to use plastic or silicone utensils on it as I've already scratched mine using a metal spatula.

Perfect little comal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this small comal , it's nonstick and does great when heating a few tortillas up. Only thing it is a bit on the smaller side , so takes longer to heat everyone enough tortillas up . It's great for storing since doesn't have large handles and smaller in size . I also realize it heats the tortillas up very fast must be the actual material that conducts heat faster than normal which is always great .

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this downward my tortillas. I love how lightweight it is and how the nonstick surface is so smooth. It also heats up quickly and evenly and even after turning off my burner it will hold the heat and I can still warm up some tortillas for a while after.

Nice addition for a home cook.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's perfectly flat and smooth. It's thin so it's heats up quickly. I appreciate using it to warm up tortillas instead of using an open stove fire. Also good for making flatbreads. Nice addition for a home cook.

Works great but wish it wasn't coated in Teflon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan works great, my food didn't stick to it but I do wish it wasn't coated in Teflon which is bad for you. And I wish it was a bit thicker for better heat distribution.

Very nice and lightweight!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imusa kindly gave me this comal for free through Bzzagent so that I could review it! I really like this comal. I have used it for tortillas, grilled cheeses, and pancakes so far. It is lightweight and lays perfectly flat so the heating is very even. Only reason for 4/5 is that the handles do get quite hot. I am not sure if that is just due to the stovetop I have. I would recommend using a smaller burner for it!

Happy with it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Imusa 11" Round Comal to try for free, in exchange for an honest review. I used it to heat up corn tortillas and found that it was very easy to use. I also heated some bread cheese on it and was happy that the non-stick coating made it easy to clean off. I make sure not to use metal utensils on it, so the coating won't get scratched. Overall, I am happy with this pan.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the pan to make quesadillas and fried eggs! Quesadillas were great, but could only make one at a time. Wish it was slightly bigger. I love how low the sides are making it easy to flip fried eggs.

Excellent!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nonstick comal really impressed me! I'm Hispanic so a good quality comal is super important for me and my tortillas. I made quesadillas on the comal and was able to get the perfect crisp because the heat distributes very well.

Great Pan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pan in exchange for my honest review. I really like this pan. So far we have used it to heat up tortillas, make quesadillas, make grilled cheese, fry eggs and toast bread. It holds up nicely. The non stick coating is good and washing it easy. This pan is already a favorite in my house. If you cook a lot you should get this.

Worst comal ever!!!!
Says it is nonstick, not true. I literally have used this comal 6 times and look at how ugly it is. Have to scrape stuff off it since everything sticks to it thank goodness I have an extra comal.

A nice kitchen staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unpacked the 11" Round Carbon Steel Nonstick Comal I didn't have high hopes as I have always used the high price ceramic pans. To my surprise this pan was as nonstick as my expensive ones. I did pancakes, homemade corn tortillas, and homemade English muffins. The pancakes cooked evenly no matter where I poured the batter. I figured the pan would have an uneven heat distribution but it stayed the same temp everywhere. The pancakes didn't stick at all and slid even when only partially cooked. Easily fit 3 small pancakes. Gave a nice golden color. Had the same experience with the tortillas and muffins. It was easy to clean with no food residue at left on the surface. The package said it could have a smell come off when heated but I did not notice anything. I used it on a gas stove and on different burners. No matter the burner it warmed the pan evenly, even with the smallest flame. The only downsides are the handles do get very warm and it isn't dishwasher safe. With the easy clean up though that was not a big deal. Would definitely buy another one.

I would buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the IMUSA 11" round carbon steel nonstick comal, from Bzz Agent for an honest review and it's already proving to be a great addition to my kitchen gear. I tested it out by warming two flour tortillas while heating up some peppers at the same time, and everything cooked evenly with plenty of space to work. The surface heated up quickly and did a solid job without sticking, which made the whole process easy and hassle-free. What I really like is how lightweight and simple it is—perfect for taking along on camping trips. It feels durable enough to handle outdoor cooking, and the size is just right for making quick meals without needing a bulky setup. Overall, it's a practical, no-frills pan that does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use while camping.

Nice nonstick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to make quesadillas. It heated up evenly, tortillas were easily flipped, and leftover cheese bits came off with a quick swipe. Very convenient and easy to use. Next up, pancakes!

Good for Tacos and Flour Tortillas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comal, can be used for taco tortillas as they are a bit smaller, and require less space to be warmed up. I have bigger tortillas and it's nearly 2 at a time and they overlap each other, that is not problem for me because I was in no rush. The comal is good for, ceramic electric or gas stove, which is great because many people still use a gas stove. I also use it as a heater between the flame and the food. I tend to use it with aluminum foil to have it heated without using a microwave and it did wonders, it heated my food and it didn't stick at all. The best recommendation is to use medium to low heat for best results for cooking or heating food.

Heats up fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to try this comal because we are always heating up tortillas. One thing I really liked about this comal is how fast and evenly it heats up. Obviously, the higher the heat, the faster it will heat up. I can fit 3 corn tortillas and a small/medium (depending on the brand) flour tortillas.

Very handy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that traditionally a comal is used for certain food items, but I loved mine so much I found myself pulling it out for anything that I could! The pan is so lightweight and it's nonstick surface is top notch. All breakfast foods, tacos, searing heavy meats, tortillas.. I did it all! I am looking to purchase more from this line.
