Love this steamer! This is my second one. My first one just broke after 5 years of EVERYDAY use. I had purchased a Conair one because this one was out of stock at the time, and hated it, it's trash compared to this one.

Great little steamer, performs better than my large standing garment steamer

The dual-mode handle is incredibly convenient—I originally bought this steamer for delicate garments, especially for smoothing folds around the waistline, and it works wonderfully. I’m also planning to try it with the ironing set soon. The included pouring cup and silicone cord strap are thoughtful additions that make the overall experience even better. My only concern is how long the metallic finish on the water plug will last. It would be great if replacement plugs were available for purchase, as I’d love to keep my steamer looking its best for as long as possible.

It is so helpful to have a portable steamer and iron! The HS100 is light and easy to use and delivers good results, plus you can pack it into your suitcase and take it with you!

Used once worked pretty well iron plate a little awkward, but still a useful product.

Does the job and it’s fast!

This item is great because it's portable and it has a ironing plate which makes it very useful for travel. I also used to add home so I don't have to take out my iron. The steam comes pretty fast and I really like it when I use it on hanging garments. If you travel and you're in a hotel, you can layer clothes directly on the bed and use this product with ease.

I purchased this wonderful steamer about 3-4 years ago. Seriously, can’t live without it. I use it daily to steam everything from clothes to curtains! I hate ironing and everyone knows it. I use this to steam my clothes, but it does double as an iron as well, but have not found that necessary. It creates a lot of steam and at a temperature that makes wrinkles disappear. Moreover, it’s perfect for traveling which we do on a monthly basis. It’s compact enough to put in a bag or suitcase. The best part is that when you steam it doesn’t drip or leak water all over the item you are trying to steam like many steamers I have tried. You’ve gotta try this HS100 model.

Purchases unit about a month ago, I spent too much time, trying to get wrinkles out of my clothes until I use this, presses the wrinkles out and seconds love this thing.

I have tried it several times and I think all the functions work really well and are really convenient to use. It’s nice that you can use this with the steam function without having to get out the ironing board. It works well for when I need to iron out my boyfriend’s wrinkly work clothes after he throws them in the dryer and leaves them there, then needs them last minute. It’s also good for things like bed sheets, etc, that have a large surface area. My only complaint is that when you do use the iron function, it has a smaller surface area then a regular iron so it does take a little bit longer. It is definitely not a deal breaker. I think I will be using this on a regular basis.

My favorite part is that it is a 2 in 1. I don't own an iron, but sometimes certain things need to be ironed. This product is easy enough to use, just follow the directions. It warms up pretty quick and to the perfect temperature. I use this for clothes, bedding , holiday napkins, basically anything that needs to be de-wrinkled. It's so simple and easy to use. It is also a good size, not too big or small. Due to its size, it could easily be used for traveling. Overall, it's a great, efficient hand-held steamer perfect for all your de-wrinkling needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really glad I was able to get one of the handheld devices. I’ve always wanted one. It makes it really easy to touch up pieces without having to bust out the iron and board. And I don’t have a dryer in my apt for touch ups for this had really helped.
