B-12 has always been recommended to me for its benefits with energy and regular cellular health. I can’t really quantify cellular health, but I know that b12 does make me feel more energetic. These are a tasty means of taking it too. The flavor is a nice strawberry. I’m not gonna eat them like candy, but they are pretty tasty. Give these a try and add them to your vitamin rack. I would highly recommend

I feel more inclined to pop them in my mouth on the way out and chew them up verses having to stop and drink a glass of water with another type of vitamin. Will definitely use these again, maybe just try another flavor (if they have others).
