Yes, it is safe to use during pregnancy, however, we recommend consulting your physician before using magnesium while pregnant. Taking magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. During pregnancy, appropriate levels of magnesium help to keep the uterus from contracting prematurely. Moreover, it is also helpful in reducing leg cramps. After discovering and using Austra, it has changed my pain levels to basically none existence. Natural ingredients, lemongrass scent, and especially magnesium enticed me to give it a try. And it really works!! to soothe painful, tight muscles, which is the biggest reason I will be a regular customer for the foreseeable future. Also Asutra's Customer Care (shout out to Barbara!) is over the top outstanding!

I left this product in the box for weeks after receiving it, not expecting it to work for my pain level. Out of desperation, I finally gave it a try, and wow. I thought I was imagining my pain away, but I've been using it for over a week and I'm completely obsessed. I use it twice daily to keep my pain minimal and it has allowed me to be more productive.

This was my first time using Asutra products of any kind. I suffered from a partially torn rotator cuff injury last year. Even after physical therapy, I experienced pain in my shoulder that radiated down to my middle two fingers. I put this on at night and felt like 90% improvement in the morning. It’s soft and absorbs well.

It works wonders. I do have arthritis and I will use this cream on my knees. This is not the first product I used from ASUTRA. I use the spray away on my big toe two years ago when I was on a cruise. I was so glad when I saw the advertisement for the melt away cream. Thank you so much.

I’m currently using behind my knee after a total knee replacement and it helps even with this kind of pain.
