I will say upfront, I won one of these. I have been using it for about 3 years and absolutely love it. It cuts with the precision I want & has gone through everything I've thrown it's way. It has become my favorite trimmer. Easy to store or drop it in my crop bag. I've accumulated quiet a collection of trimmers over the years, I used to teach ladies in my home & in a shop, beginners scrapbooking, I would ask them not to purchase a trimmer. I wanted them to try all the different ones available at that time.to make an informed decision. It's made of a plastic material, like almost every one on the market, I just don't know what Cricut did to make it better, it just is. I love it & I recommend this trimmer.

Love this. The precision cut has opened a whole new range of possibilities for using my Joy machine. I’m no longer restricted to pre-cut cards. I can cut my own material with accuracy. The blade is supper sharp and I love the pull out arm to measure larger materials with confidence.

I ordered this paper trimmer. However it never cut right, it was like a torn out page. I returned it and got a new one thinking it just was bad luck. However the same issue happened and I returned the other.

I really love this trimmer. I have many but this is lightweight easy to use and never fails. It is probably the one I reach for most and I sell one of the other brands.

I've brought a couple of cheaper trimmers in the past but none of them compare to this one, it cuts great, super smoth to use and the extending ruler is so handy, its is a lot better quality too, could come with a spare blade for the price but would definitely recommend

This is a great paper trimmer. I like that the extended arm clicks into place, the measurements on it are helpful & I love that the cutting area is 13" long. The only thing I don't like is that the ruler slide (not sure what the actual name for it is, it's where you slide the blade to cut) opens to the right. Every paper trimmer I've ever had, has always opened to the left and it's taking a minute to get used to. I sometimes craft on autopilot and I automatically try to open to the left. Other than that, It's a great addition to my crafting tools.

I have been using this trimmer for many, many years and I love it. It cuts beautifully and the blade changes very easily. I wish Cricut would make a scoring blade for it.

Brilliant cutting tool and slices through my cardstock, copy paper (80gsm), vinyls even thick cake board, like a hot knife through butter!! Seriously; I wouldn't be without! Bonus feature of this tool, is it's so lightweight and easy to store!!

Works great after you build a groove in the little rubber part. It was my first time using a trimmer so it was a learning curve.

I replaced my cheap temu trimmer with this beauty. It’s well made and has a nice sharp blade. Very easy to use. It should come with a replacement blade or two.

I love this trimmer! The measuring increments and grid lines are easy for me to see. Compared to other trimmers I have used, the Cricut Portable Trimmer is superior, by far.
