Mug press
The mug press works well IF you can figure it out. It would be so much better if it came with better instructions on registering it ( like it must be done on a computer, not an iPad or chrome book. I had to go to outside sources to figure a lot of things out. One complaint about Cricut is their lack of instructions.

Read before purchasing
It would have been FABULOUS if before I purchased this your website would have posted in capital letters,”MUG PRESS DOES NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE TO USE AN ADAPTER TO A USB-C!” What a load of bull! I was going to switch to a circuit from silhouette. No way now. How on Earth are we in 2025 and you can’t use and adapter to use with USB-C? I’m now stuck with a machine I can’t use.

Great but the update feature needs to go
I loved my heat press, the only thing is you need to update it and I don’t know why as it just plugs in. The first time it he update worked and then around a year later I had to update it again but it wouldn’t the orange light just loops flashing I cannot afford to replace this as it was a gift for my bday around 2 years ago

The Best Little Machine
I hesitated buying the heat press because i just bought the vevor press that doesugs and tumblers. But the orice was right so i went for it. And i couldnt be happier. Its is so easy to use. I love it. I just wish i could afford tp buy one for my daughter in law, which i have turned onto thw sublimation world.
