Here are a few suggestions you may want to consider for reducing the creases, waves, wrinkles, and or kinks: 1. Back rolling or reverse rolling the rug - Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back-rolled/reverse-rolled to keep it from unraveling. (Leave it back rolled for 1-3 days). 2. Refer to our video on how to unpack, unroll, straighten and flatten your new rug -How to Straighten an Area Rug - Safavieh- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3A4L4pCNS5U 3. Refer to our additional video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. 4. Use indoor rug/carpet tape- tape down the corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. 5. For folded corners, the best thing to do is to fold the corners under and let them rest for several days. 6. Place the rug on a hard flat floor instead of a carpet while it relaxes. 7. Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding – Rug Pads. 8. Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring. 9. Vacuum the rug where the creases are located. 10. Simply allow ample time for your rug to settle. In most cases, all you need to do is lay your Safavieh rug flat, and the waves/wrinkles/creases will even themselves out. 11. Use indoor double-sided carpet tape to tape down the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug (This will prevent bunching and buckling). You want to run the tape along the perimeter and put an X through the middle of the rug from corner to corner this will secure the rug. *These creases/waves/bumps/wrinkles/kinks will normally flatten out on their own so in most cases, you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. Be patient and let those kinks work themselves out. Do not is an iron, steamer, or rug cleaner to reduce creases/wrinkles/waves on your rug. Indoor Safavieh rugs are not iron-friendly or steam-friendly.

Wanted to love them but..

I bought these rugs 1 year ago for my entire house. They were beautiful to start off with, but have not held up well. We do not have any pets, but do have one toddler. I vacuum almost daily and the rug/rugs are super worn out and faded. I am looking to replace all of them.

THIS COMPANY CAN'T BE TRUSTED

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Right as it was being shipped, literally, it was in transit via FEDEX… the “shipper” requested my package be RETURNED!! NEVER WAS ALERTED through TARGET, no email, NOTHING but a simple notification on my phone about my gift card being returned. WOW! Unbelievable!! Oh and the best part is Target sent me an email TODAY saying this order was delivered on the actual day it was supposed to be delivered. LOL. What a joke. Instead, it was delivered back at the shippers address. SO UNBELIEVABLY UPSET.

Pretty rug

Shown with a king bed. Love how the length worked out, so you can really see the pretty pattern coming out past the bed with plenty space for the small bench (also from target ha) I also spilled some coffee on it recently, and it came right out when I rubbed it with water on a towel, so it’s quite easy to clean!

Rug is NOT 9X12

I needed this 9x12 rug to cover an existing rug that was built into our hardwood floors. The rug is measuring at 8ft 8 inches, and now it doesn't cover the existing rug. I have already moved all of my furniture, taken old rug out, laid this one down, only to find out that this rug is NOT the dimensions that they claimed it to be. Very frustrated!

Beautiful rug

This was the third rug I purchased for my living room, after returning the previous 2 because their pictures didn't match the actual rug. This rug didn't disappoint and is everything I envisioned for my living room. The colors are beautiful, calming and pretty. The quality is good, it's a thin rug but it's soft and comfortable. Great value for a great rug.
