Terrific multipurpose knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great multipurpose knife at your kitchen. It has a nice strong riveted handle that is comfortable to hold. The 8 inch length makes this great for slicing a variety of things including meat, fish, and chicken. It comes with a lifetime warranty which is terrific. I was very impressed with the cleanness of the slices. You can see that in my photos.

Sleek and slices like a pro!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife to add to my kitchen collection for cooking. I recently got other cuisinart knives and the quality was superb so I wanted to follow suit. I used this to slice salmon and it cut through easily. I’ll be using this a lot for meats, fish and large fruit. It’s always nice to have good quality knives on hand!

Large Stainless Steel Slicing Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in need of some knives so decided to try this Cuisinart stainless steel slicing knife. The handle on this knife is comfortably ergonomic so easy to grasp while slicing things. It seems to work well when I used it to slice fruit. I haven’t tried to cut meat with it yet but I’m sure it will work a lot better than the dull knives I currently own. The knife comes with a blade guard.

Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had wonderful luck so far with Cuisinart knives so far and this slicing knife is no different. The slice is smooth and even. I have knives that are a lot thicker and a lot smaller and I’ve been looking for a great in between knife and I’ve found it. Cuisnart makes some excellent products and this knife is no different. I especially love the price point- it’s affordable and right now that’s crucial with the economy being a little tougher. I also appreciate having the knife guard as we travel to hotels with kitchenettes and we will bring our own knives in our suitcase with a small cutting board.

Best knife!!
I own 2 of these and I love them! These are my sushi knives and it’s important they hold an edge for precise cuts.
