Q: Do you have a choice whether you can make this shut off automatically after two hours or stay on? Sometimes my daughter gets terrible cramps, and she keeps it on very low during the night.

Not reliable

I bought this in July 2025 as the first one I bought just stopped working after about a year. Now this one has stopped working and I have barely used it.

I agree with others that the High heat is not hot like it should be, more like medium heat. I bought this because it was Sunbeam, thinking it was a good name brand so was surprised at how the heat wasn't accurate.

Kitty and I like it.

Folks, if the heating pad doesn't get hot, it's broken. The one I purchased gets plenty hot. The four heat settings range from Warm to High. I enjoy Low and Medium. My cat prefers Warm (I tuck it under her blanket). The Auto-Off works as anticipated, but I wish it offered an adjustable duration, from 1-4 hours maybe.

Got a different version of this about 4 years ago. Same as in another comment the blinking of the meter started and heating pad stopped working. Is it repairable? Cannot find anything of the model or similar in the market. Where can I buy one??

Great product

I bought this for more than 5 yrs and it was working well until today it is not working. Since we got it in US and we are in Nepal..dont know how to repair it. It is showing F sign in the indicator. Please do let us know if there is any way to repair this wonderful product.
