Very cheap. Honestly too much pressure and doesn’t allow adjustment. You try to have the water directed in certain direction and the shower head will turn back and spray out of the shower.

Cheapest shower head i ever owned
The shower head is cheaply made cracked at the bolt connection with very little pressure applied water started shooting all over. Was able to temporarily point the cracked part down to the tub don't know how long that will last but needed a shower head real bad and stores closed to replace it. Water pressure lousy and I know it's from this head because replaced head had excellent water pressure it was just very old and needed replacement. Would've recommend this product actually it should be taken it off the market until the bugs are worked out, I guess you get what you Pay for but they shouldn't hipe a product up like it's the best on the market when the manufacturer knows that it isn't. It's a total unnecessary waste of money and water.

Piece of junk!
Says it’s luxury, It’s all plastic, not luxury at all. strike one. I followed the directions for installation which were simple enough plus, I’ve installed these shower heads before. It leaks, not from the connections but from the ball joint, strike two. I paid $30, waste of money but unfortunately I’m stuck with it because my prior shower head broke and had to be replaced.

Garbage.
None of the parts fit together. They literally do not line up. It is unusable. I have installed probably 10 handheld shower heads in my life. I know how to do this. This one is trash. It URGES you to call customer service before returning it to the store. I did. And it had me leave a voicemail. I’m throwing this mess away and buying one I’ve had in the past.

Nice shower head and long hose to give my toddler a shower until I tried to unscrew it to move it to a different shower and the screw easily cracked without much force being used to untwist. Very cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay for.
