Piece of junk!
Says it’s luxury, It’s all plastic, not luxury at all. strike one. I followed the directions for installation which were simple enough plus, I’ve installed these shower heads before. It leaks, not from the connections but from the ball joint, strike two. I paid $30, waste of money but unfortunately I’m stuck with it because my prior shower head broke and had to be replaced.

Garbage.
None of the parts fit together. They literally do not line up. It is unusable. I have installed probably 10 handheld shower heads in my life. I know how to do this. This one is trash. It URGES you to call customer service before returning it to the store. I did. And it had me leave a voicemail. I’m throwing this mess away and buying one I’ve had in the past.

Nice shower head and long hose to give my toddler a shower until I tried to unscrew it to move it to a different shower and the screw easily cracked without much force being used to untwist. Very cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay for.
