    Matches perfectly with my outdoor chairs

    This umbrella is right in front of the outdoor chair in front of my house, and it doesn't hinder walking. It's perfect. If I nail 4 nails into the ground, it will be perfect.

    The instructions were missing any discussion regarding "weighting" the base for stability! The umbrella itself is too heavy to balance without weight help on the base

    Really nice. Color is very bright. I am a little concerned with how the plastic pieces will hold up, but only time will tell. You also need to Purchase the weights, unless you plan on bolting it down. The first time you open it up, you have to turn the handle and open it until it starts clicking! We thought ours was defective because it wouldn't stay open. It never made any clicking noises as it was opening or anything. We closed and opened it a few more times, but gave it an extra hard push the last time and heard clicking. We thought we broke it. But it stayed open. We closed it and opened it again, and it started making clicking noises as it was opening. This umbrella was very easy to put together and even came with a little wrench, so we didn't need any tools. I'm very happy with it so far.

    Great umbrella

    This umbrella is fantastic. I wasn't quite prepared for exactly how LARGE a 10' umbrella is, but it's nice b/c it covers the entire patio set so no one gets locked out in the sun. I love that it's offset, so we don't have to have a large pole right in the middle of the table to impede our view of guests. Love it.

    Frustrated about the "TILT???"- or lack there of. I haven't found any way to secure an angle of choice. It sways and "tilts" in the wind...but right now I'm sitting under it at noon, and only one side of my table and chairs are covered in shade. I suppose I could move my table back more into the shaded part, but that's not why I bought it. Maybe I'm "missing" something and will be embarrassed when I'm shown that it does have a secure tilt. But for now....I'm huddled with a friend in the shade against the corner of my deck. Lol. Keep you posted.....

    Not water proof

    Sprayed two coats scotchguard water proofing, seems better. Handle is high off deck. Will whip around in windy conditions, had to put new pin in as old one kept coming out.

    Not good with compatibility

    I'm having a hard time finding a base for this. I wanted one I could roll around vs the one that it came with. Nothing seems to fit. The pre made holes around our pool ment for an unbrella also don't fit it. It's much larger then everything I can find.

    MUST screw into deck !

    Don't even think about the base holding this Umbrella without a MASSIVE weight or screwing it into your deck if you get ANY wind at all. It's a monster and it WILL hurt you if you don't treat it with respect.
