Battery Life is not long enough
Battery only lasts ~ hour and the cup must be empty to charge - which takes another hour. We are constantly pouring between a regular mug, charging then pouring back in. Not worth the $.

Great Mug but lacking instructions
The mug itself works great. Instructions inside of the box are lacking and too vague. I had to go to the website to find out if the product can be used without the app since this was a gift for an elderley parent.

First Impression
I just receive this mug as a Christmas present and I was so excited about it. Item was sealed with plastic and everything but when I opened it and look at the mug it already had a scratch on it from factory :( so sad. I haven't charge it or use it at all, I just wanted to share my first impression.

Poor battery
I love the idea of this mug, and it works well but the battery life is much shorter than expected; only about 2 hours. I was hoping to get at least 4 hours of use per charge.

Awesome mug!
I have been wanting an Ember Mug since I first saw them on the shelves at Target and I finally got one! I love it, I wish that you didnt have to have it plugged into the wall pretty much whenever you are using it but I love this because I don't drink my coffee fast and it gets cold.
