I bought this product because I had seen where other women with oily skin conditions had bought this and had success and I love charcoal based products. I didn't have much luck with this. I wash my face in the morning and evening and then follow with a thin layer of moisturizer. By the time to wash it again rolled around it was always extremely oily. I'm even starting to have acne breakouts again.

This wash and moisturizer has been the only products my husband likes enough to use daily. He doesn't have acne but is oily. As in, he's from Houston, and even though we moved to PNW he can still shine like it's a humid Houston summer. This lotion keeps his oil completely away all work day&night while making his face look & feel incredibly soft & smooth. A+

I purchase this moisturizer for my 22 year old son who has naturally oily skin. He's super picky about what he uses on his face, and his skin has completely cleared up, and is in perfect condition since he began using Clinique oil control products. They are a must have!

It definitely takes away the moisture and shine and has a pleasant smell, but it does seem to make my skin more prone to breakouts.

Easy to use. My teen willingly uses this as it gives him instant dry skin relief and doesn't cause breakouts or a greasy look

I am a woman with sensitive skin and an oily T-zone. Have used Clinique makeup and skincare for over 20 years. I wanted a similar but less expensive alternative to Clinique's Stay Matte Hydrator (in the Pore Refining Solutions line) and found this men's Mattifying Moisturizer to be virtually as effective, and you get nearly twice as much at a lower price. The only thing the men's moisturizer lacks when compared with the Stay Matte Hydrator is a pore-refining component. But if my skin is effectively matte-ified and my makeup goes on well over it (which it does -- a loose mineral powder applied with a brush), I can live without the pore-refining substances and get a better deal, too. It doesn't bother me at all that this is a "for men" product, especially as it has no fragrance. (For those that do care, just squeeze it all into a different, empty container, maybe?)

I love this moisturizer! I mix it with my foundation to make it go on lighter and look more natural. It's the only moisturizer I've found that doesn't make my face break out.

I bought this product for my brother as a gift and he LOVES it! He had a ridiculously oily forehead but sensitive skin so nothing worked until he tried this. It is a complete change, you can no longer fry an egg on his forehead, and is usually pretty matte now.

My boyfriend loves this stuff. Great replacement for avenno men's lotion.

I love this. I bought it because I have oily skin and I can't seem to moisturize without getting breakouts or even more oil. This works perfect. I use it after I cleanse and tone my face and I love it. Also no scent

I love this moisturizer! A lot of moisturizers that I put on before bed cause me to be oily when I wake in the morning. This one doesn't and I love that.

My husband used this everyday before rising off to work. He is super oily on his forehead but this has helped. Leaves oil prone areas feeling matte all day. Will be repurchasing.
