The smell of this product could make it a lethal weapon. I mean yea it smells good but my god is it pungent. It also did not do anything for my hair except make it feel sticky and greasy. It actually made my hair flatter to my scalp than when I slick it back. Im laying in bed writing this, i washed my hair 4 hours ago and blow dried, and I have a migraine from the scent still circulating around. If it smelled like candy or something I wouldnt be mad, but it smells like baby powder with florals. save your money. (My eyes also burn from how strong it is, and yes i followed the directions)

I really like how this product adds volume to my fine thin hair. My only negative is the scent is very strong and tends to compete with my perfume.

I love the results I get when I use the Southern Belle Volume Boosting Root Lifter. I have very fine hair that doesn't curl, so after 70 some odd years I decided to stop fighting gravity and go straitght. So of course it has no lift . This is the first product I have tried that actually works. I'm thrilled! Can't wait to try more of your products.

I finally found my holy grail! This give my hair so much volume and is still soft and not crunchy. And I love how it smells!

Works great. You only need a small amount in your palm. yes there is a scent, but to me it smells like hairspray and yo can only smell it when its in your hand. I have been using for almost a year.

The pump stops working after just a few uses! Running under hot water doesn’t help either! After 2 cans doing the same thing, I will have to choose a different brand 😞 Product is great when you can get pump to work.

I love it! It does everything i need it to do and I have tried a lot of products for volume!

I have medium length fine hair but a lot of it, its hard to find volumizing products that work. The scent isn't bad but it's POTENT and gave me headaches. Didn't do much volumizing, made my hair super staticicky and scent lingered until I washed it again. Returned.

Just love this product. I have very thin hair on the top I use a little of this across each section blow dry let it be a for while and then curl and brush and wow nice fluffy awesome hair looks so thick.

I used just a little bit of this product only once and the artificial fragrance in this mousse is so strong that it's bothersome. Even my boyfriend noticed. For reference, I used a walnut-sized amount and the smell even woke me up a few times at night. Even if they used half the amount of fragrance it'd still be too strong. I returned it immediately. The girl working at Ulta handling my return even said that she tried another southern belle product (can't remember whivhnone) and the smell was too strong for her too. She couldn't use it.

This is a great root lifter and smells great!!

My fav! I have fine , bleached, washed everyday hair. Thisbstuffnis the best ! No sticky , not heavy! Use everyday!
