The First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream feels nice going on — it's creamy, smooth, and has almost no scent. It glides on easily and doesn't feel greasy, which I appreciate. But for something marketed for extremely dry skin, it doesn't fully deliver. I tried it on my feet and it was not enough on its own. I had to follow up with an oil because the moisture didn't last. Where it does work well is as a hand lotion. I wash my hands constantly throughout the day, and this leaves them feeling soft, moisturized, and comfortable without that greasy residue. Overall, it's a decent moisturizer with a nice feel, but it's not a one-step solution for very dry skin. I gave it a 4 out of 5, though realistically it feels more like a 3.5.

Tried many products to heal my winter wind-chapped skin and stop the flaking and tenderness. Nothing worked until I tried this. I hesitated bc of the price and bought the smallest one. After a few uses, my skin is finally healed and stopped flaking. Wish I had tried this weeks before at the start of the problem. Will always keep this in the medicine cabinet from now on. The texture is between a gel and thick moisturizer. My skin is dehydrated and it immediately drinks it up. A little bit goes a long way but for nights where my skin feels drier than usual I like to apply more. I only use it twice a day. Another thing that I like is that it's been helping with my rosacea. My skin gets irritated throughout the day but with this moisturizer it's been extremely calm. I will definitely repurchase once I run out.

At the same time I don't like the specific fragrance / flavor. It did create a little bit of a breakout so I guess only use it when skin is getting dry? They never seem to absorb in to my skin effectively and always leave a tacky or greasy feeling. It is always rare that I find one I like and even when I find one I like it doesn't feel perfect. This is one of those few that passed all my criteria, it has a neutral scent, it absorbs almost instantly with no greasy or sticky residue, and it hydrated my skin perfectly.

WHY would you put Eucalyptus Oil in a product marketed towards eczema, rosacea, and sensitive skin??? This destroyed my face with a rosacea flare so bad my skin barrier has taken months to heal. The old formula never did this to me.

Would get again when I'm out. This product is huge, so that will take some time!
