    Leaves behind a clean feeling

It does have a slight fragrance even though it is fragrance free. It has aloe in it so I’m thinking that’s the scent. Either way it works well and it lathers good.

It really is a great cost-efficient option for a daily facial cleanser. It does a great job with deep cleansing and taking off makeup (including eye makeup). It’s so gentle on the skin and it’s 99% fragrance free. My skin feels refreshed and not too dry or oily after a cleanse. No breakouts, no irritation at all. A little goes a long way and it lathers (not foamy) well. I highly recommend if you want to get a nice cleanser without breaking the bank.

I like it because it is gel-like and very foamy and that helps clean my face better. My skin looks very soft and hydrated and also leaves me neither too greasy nor too dry, it leaves my skin just as it should be. Its aloe Vera and sodium hyaluronate ingredients helps clean, moisturize and balance all skin types, whether oily skin or dry and acne prone-skin.

Thayers is excellent at cleaning but not over drying, so I can use this product multiple times a day and I don’t have to worry about my skin being overly dry. It’s got a clean scent and lathers richly. Highly recommend!

    Another reformulation noticeably less quality.

    Amazing till recently. I noticed when the packaging changed so did the product. The only difference in is the number behind the last ingredient. I noticed that it leaves my skin super dry and tight, and has a slight petrol like smell which is new and rather unpleasant. It makes me wonder what the ingredient are now derived from. There are a few which could be petrol derived. I also noticed that they no longer state its Phthalate free, tested for allergies or ophthalmologically tested and safe. I also use this as shampoo because my scalp is so sensitive and it had been reversing hair loss, I guess Ill keep using it till I can find something else that works. Im absolutely heart broken that this product has been changed. Its been so nice to see my hair start to grow back after losing over a third of it.

    Need a calming cleanser?

I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's a plain and simple daily cleanser that cleans and soothes your skin without all of the fun but complicated acids. I have the Thayers SA cleanser but I love a good and plain one that I can use everyday, even multiple times a day without it stripping my skin. It has no scent, no acids, just nice and clean.

I have been struggling with white pores on my nose and this helped me a lot with that ! The pores have been disappearing gradually and I'm really happy!! I've never had an issue with acne but by skin wasn't as dry or oily, it became consistent and finally normal. I've been using this for weeks now and haven't had to apply moisturizer throughout the day like I have had to for the last few years. This stuff really did help balance my PH and clear my completion.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have oily combination skin, so while I don’t have anything negative to say about Thayer’s PH balancing cleansing face wash - it’s just not for me personally. I think if you have drier skin, this would be great especially with the hyaluronic acid , and if you want clean ingredients- sulfate free is always a plus. Same shirt - different days - no noticeable difference .. I might try as a body wash add on - fragrance free.
