Worked ok first ye year but power button wore down
The power button sunk in so bad that I have to force it to turn with my finger nail. Same thing happened with my teen’s toothbrush so it wasn’t just a fluke.

I would consider buying this product again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been using this product for two months and thus far have been very satisfied. However, a little larger diameter handle would be easier to hold and a flat side opposite the on/off switch would make a nice reference point for keeping the desired brushing angle.

Good but not great
Good value, but worth upgrading to a beefier model. This one lacks power and battery life compared to my family’s other ones.

Simple but effective brushing.
Love the simplicity of this model as it’s all you need for good brushing. With previous, more expensive model, I still only used the on/off. The slimmer handle also easier to hold. However does not come with a wall plug just the USB section which a little inconvenient.

Top Electric Toothbrush
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently the newest version of the 4100 Series to replace my old version. The newest version is slightly smaller in diameter. The electric toothbrush does a very good job of cleaning my teeth while brushing. A very good electric toothbrush..

Not happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had returned this toothbrush. It doesn't perform like I thought it would. The one speed is just too low of a setting and there are no other options on it.

Sonicare 4100
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start this review by saying I could never use a regular toothbrush. After using Sonicare the first time, I was hooked. I love these toothbrushes. My entire family of 5 have them and have for decades. Recommended by my dentist due to oral surgery I began my journey with your product almost 20 years ago. We purchased the cool colored kid ones for all 3 of our children; and everyone loved them. Noting it was especially helpful during the orthodontic phases. It seems over the past 2-5 years the products we purchase no longer last any considerable amount of time. This is in comparison to when we first began buying them which was 12-15 years ago. Every time I replace one it seems it is a shorter amount of time before something faulty with the product occurs. The most recent happens to be the button eroding to expose the metal underneath. The charge doesn’t hold as long and the quadrant pacing doesn’t seem to work either. It’s disappointing with such a reputable brand that it appears quality of manufacturing has declined. Additionally, you don’t stand behind your product. I don’t believe a product with the price tag you put forth should need replacing within or under 2 years. The first few we purchased worked perfectly for many many years, never any issues. In fact, the only reason we ever replaced them was because they were old and the wear and tear was showing; and new sleeker models were released which prompted us to upgrade. It would be nice if these weren’t the new disposable version of electric toothbrushes. I actually just purchased another one for myself, as this pink one was for my daughter. It’s time to start researching other brands for longer durability and longevity which is a shame because all 5 of us love our Sonicare’s. Sincerely sad and dissatisfied over the last 3-5 years.

I am liking what I see so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to give a 5 because I won't see the dentist for another 5 months, only then will I see the effectiveness from the change to this brushing system.

Doesnt work
Very disappointed! I unboxed the item and placed it on the charger to charge. I had read it could take 24 hours to be fully charged the first time. After about 25 hours the green battery light was still blinking and never turned off which would have indicated a full charge. It appears there is an issue with the new charger itself. This will be returned as it is defective right out of the box. Didn't expect to have an issue with a bad charger on a brand new item

I don’t like the features on this
I was very disappointed with us toothbrush as we have been using Philips for 30 years I believe there’s something wrong with them as sometimes it has a hard time flipping between what you want to use on the toothbrush and it won’t stay in the same place and some weird things in between I would not buy this one again as the previous one was way better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this brush handle and brush head are much slimmer and lighter weight than my previuos Somicare brush. This makes it so much easier to get into smaller places - wish I had gotten it sooner! The pressure adjusts so it is gentle on the gums too.

Lacks power brick!
Did not come with a power brick to make the charging base work. Bought to replace a much fancier and expensive version that died early. So one star off for the dead predicessor and 2 stars off for the sneaky omission.
