    Quality has severely degraded over the years

    Zero Stars

    I am completely disgusted and appalled by what I received from Target. I paid full price for a brand new toothbrush and received a completely used toothbrush. When I opened my package, I noticed that the box for the toothbrush was damaged and ripped open. There was also a clearance sticker on the bottom of the box indicating that this toothbrush was $34.99, I paid the full $50 for a brand new toothbrush. When I opened the box, the toothbrush handle had residue and dirt all over it and has clearly been used. The charger is covered in hard water rings, and looks rusted on the bottom as well. The USB charger is completely dirty and rusted as well. The toothbrush also did not come with a toothbrush head, not that I need it because this will not be going anywhere near my bathroom or my mouth. I am just completely shocked and disgusted that Target would repackage and try to sell such a personal health item that has clearly been used by someone for a long period of time before being returned. This type of item should be destroyed when returned, and not re-sold to new consumers.

I may have caused an injury to my gum with the firm setting. I still have not found the place on the handle that alerts that the brush head needs to be changed.
