    Dislike new padding.

    I’ve been using this for years. I loved it so much. Told everyone about it and they were a consistent costumer. They recently changed the padding and I do not like it at all. It saddens me that I have to find another product.

    New and unimproved :(

    I loved these pads in the gold tub. The new packaging is great but the new formula doesn’t even exfoliate the same since it’s missing the soft beads. I’m so disappointed and now on the hunt to find something similar to the old pads.

    Disappointed

    I have been buying in this product for years it's my daily regimen of cleansing my skin however the new line is horrible is not a scrub head and it's not hardly any cleansing product on the pads totally different from what it used to be do not like the new brand will stop using it. I am extremely disappointed and discouraged from buying from this company ever again if they make changes for the worst as it has done with this product

    Something Has Changed!

    I have been using this product for years with great results, until recently. The pads in the new white and gold jar are not the same. Does not foam or exfoliate the same, which is very disappointing. Now I am on the hunt for a new product.

    I only started using these pads one week ago so I don’t see facial changes yet. But I will say these pads are very sudsy and do a great job in cleaning my face. I cut the pads in half and still have lots of suds.

    Great for a Deeper Cleanse

    I still have combo/oily/breakout prone skin at 56 and i wear makeup every day. I use these several times a week to provide a deeper exfoliating clean. The foaming pad is convenient and deep cleansing. Just flip it over to the soft side to wipe away eye makeup.

    Don’t recommend anymore

    I used to love these pads and have been using them for years. Recently I found them with new packaging and thought it was just that. Come to find out the entire product has been changed- it doesn’t foam up, or clean the way the old pads used to. There’s a new pattern that’s barely there and as a man with oily skin this new texture does not clean the same way. I’m not sure why we couldn’t sell both side by side for ppl who wanted “less smell and less roughness” but unfortunately I am going to have to find alternatives as these new ones are highly disappointing.

    I would give this a 0 star if I could, I have been purchasing these pads for 10 plus years. As a guy working outside these pads always cleaned my face great it exfoliated really well and suds up great. These new pads are cheap, dull, it doesn’t exfoliate at all I don’t feel I get a clean face from these at all it doesn’t feel like any soap applies to your face. Very disappointing considering it’s the only facial product I bought and that was effective for me. RECONSIDER GOING BACK!!!!

    Quality downhill!!

    I just had recently purchased a new batch of the Line Smoothing Cleansing Pass and the texture and quality is definitely not the same as what it used to be! I’ve been purchasing for YEARS. I am not even exaggerating. Unfortunately, I am soooo disappointed. As a long time LOYAL customer, please take the feedback seriously. I am sure a lot of people can agree. I will attach a picture of the new batch.

    “New” version is significantly lacking

    “New” version is not as good as the original. ROC recently rebranding the item and they changed WAY more than just the packaging, the pads are drastically different and lacking everything I loved about the original ones. The new version doesn’t froth as well when washing and the abrasive side for exfoliating is 1/3 of the strength. I have to push much harder to get results, making my skin redder and even then, the exfoliation is sub par. I’m so sad and disappointed. These were my favorite face pads.

    Different but the almost

    The new pads are so different and not as good. The old pads you knew they were refining, and it was amazing. The new pads, while having the same formula don’t have the same great texture.
