Description

The Pro Le Blanc Slim 7-inch chef’s knife is a reliable, all-around knife, perfect for all kitchen tasks. Chop herbs, dice onions, and mince garlic with confidence and ease. Pro Le Blanc Slim knives feature a medium-sized handle, a blade profile that is 9% smaller, and a weight that is 24% lighter than our original Pro knives. They are perfect for smaller hands. And the lighter weight provides increased nimbleness, ergonomics, and comfort.ZWILLING Pro, the most user-friendly knife on the market, is now available with elegant matte white handles. ZWILLING Pro Le Blanc boasts a unique curved bolster that acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was designed with a broad curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

    Short but very sharp knife.

    This knife is so sharp and easy to use. It's not very big. 7 inches is small compared to the chef knives I'm used to using, but I can still get the job done.

    I’m absolutely thrilled with my Zwilling Pro Le Blanc 18‑cm (7″) Slim Chef’s Knife! This chef’s knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box and feels perfectly balanced in my hand. The slim profile and lighter weight make everyday prep — from slicing herbs to dicing onions — effortless and comfortable.     Beautiful

    It’s beautiful and functional. The weight in my hand is perfect and it slices so easily through anything I have in the kitchen. The handle is beautifully made and the material of the entire knife is pro level.

    Great knife

    The blade came very sharp. The handle is comfortable and the transition from handle to blade is smoothed out making it more comfortable for cutting large quantities. The knife is balanced very well.

    Zwilling 7in pro chef knife le blanc

    This is a beautiful piece of work. I have a Japanese knife that I really like but, this is now my favorite. I find my hand going right to the pinch grip. I love the bolstering the white handle. Very well balanced. Razor sharp! I'm going to enjoy this knife for a long time. Just upped my cooking experience. Grazie Mille. Thank you Zwilling.

    All around great every day knife

    Great knife!

    Absolutely love this knife! I discovered it at a knife skills class, and love the 7-inch blade. It combines the advantages of a real chef's knife with a shorter blade that's easier to handle for someone with smaller hands. The knife is a great weight but also not overly heavy.
