Soft and strong for sure
I love the quality of Puffs tissues. They are nice and thick as well as soft. l do not have trouble with them tearing during use. We have used them though many sick seasons over the year. I love the way these open to be able to sit them on the second shelf of our side table and reach them and they not stick up from the top of the box. At the same time, there have been many wasted tissues in out house because the kiddo likes to grab a handful at a time. I will deal with that though because it does not create the dust like ones that open at time.

Very disappointed with tissue pull
I was very disappointed with my tissue purchase. I purchased a pack of 4 limited edition design for the holidays. Pulling a tissue was a nightmare!! When pulling a tissue multiple tissue came out at a time or the feed of tissues would end and you had to dig through the small hole to get another tissue started., then the issue started all over again. All 4 boxes had the same issue.

Box “art” is hideous
I like the quality of Puffs tissues, but finding the version without lotion is a challenge and the colors and designs on the boxes are absolutely hideous. The 80s called and want their ugly southwest looking patterns back! Could we have some neutral color options and more modern patterns please!?! The box art has forced me to switch to a different brand with poorer (imo) quality.

Puffs ultra soft tissues
These “ultra soft” tissues are thin and feel like sandpaper. I bought them for my daughter who has the flu and they are just awful. And they cost extra for the softness. Perhaps I should have bought the ones with lotion but thought these would be softer. I am very disappointed to say the least. Please explain why the description says ultra soft.
