Great little treadmill
We live on the third floor of an apartment with very narrow stairs. It took two of us, but we got it up really quickly. Set up was very easy. Make sure you connect the emergency stop before you turn it on (you don't have to use it, just put the magnet in it's place). I weigh 247 rn and it holds my weight well. Goes up to 7.5 mph. The timer will start over at 100 minutes, as will the step count at 10,000. Haven't hit 1000 cals in one day yet, but assume it will reset at that point. The power button on the top of the tread is more of a stop button, but the power button on the remote will reset everything (the power switch on the bottom of the tread will reset everything as well). There is no option to input weight or any other individual metrics, so the calorie count is a general estimate. It will also show you distance (I believe in miles).It comes with a glass desk top, which I don't really use, but would be very helpful if I ever needed to get some laptop work done while using it. Very happy with this tread.

Decent enough treadmill, mysterious instructions
I appreciate being able to connect to my playlist via Bluetooth. Assembly was easy. There are "program" workouts preset in the treadmill, but absolutely no where in the manual does it say what they are. If anyone knows, I'd love to hear about it. The instructions are a poor English translation, so be prepared to experiment.

remote battery type?
great machine, very sturdy! the instructions aren't very clear but it's pretty easy to set up & is pretty quite while inuse --other than the initial start-up beeps & robot lady is rather loud. . . i wanted to use the remote to turn it down but i can't find the battary type anywhere in the user manual, online or even the remote itself. if anyone knows, can you pretty pleasepleaseplease respond to the question asking about the battary type above? thanks you!! other than that, i still really like the treadmill. i use a lampshade to elevate my laptop & use a usb mouse ;p

Disappointed
Didn’t work at all. Too many issues to list but the biggest being that once it was on I couldn’t get it to do one a thing. However, great size, look and price. Of course it was returned.

Fine for a casual work desk
So far, so good! Easy setup. Got it going right away. Yes, as with every treadmill, you’ll need to put the emergency clip in place. No problems so far. Nice to be able to walk and use my laptop to get an hour of work email responses in. I doubt I’ll take it faster than 3mph, it’s just for multitasking. It’s a nice option.

Make sure to assemble EVERYTHING!
Came here to say similar to the other review my treadmill did not work or start. But then after 30 mins of scouring the internet for help, I found another review that said their machine worked after they attached the RED SAFTEY CLIP!! Omg I felt like an idiot. I was ready to return it but I got it to work and everything is great.
